Arrived where card should have arrived a week later - definitely not received. Embarrassment as all other sympathy cards etc there but not ours. Now 11/02/23 have received e-mail to say order pending - I really hope not - its a bit too late for sympathy & the funeral is in 2 days!! still waiting for refund.

I ordered a floralcard for my friend who had a traumatic accident on 26th july she has still not received it.15/8 paid £25 by pal pay. I have emailed them with no reply and tried to use their contact us but that seems to be in a loop, goes no where. Very disappointed would not suggest anyone uses this company.

My daughter-in-law has just received…
My daughter-in-law has just received her floral card and sent me a picture. It’s nothing like the one Floral card advertised. It’s very drab with 8 dreary looking flowers,
I’m ashamed for her to have received this shocking gift from me , they were not cheap! I have asked for a refund but I don’t really think that will happen.
Surprise! - they have now refunded me in full which is great, but it still spoiled the occasion. I have since sent her a bouquet from another flower shop.
