I ordered for a product from them had to pay in USD. When the product arrived it was completely different. Different brand altogether. Nothing like the one I ordered. I emailed for a return and refund. They responded but were negotiating to only pay a 30% of my amount. When I didn’t agree only a 30% refund for a wrong product they sent, they stopped responding. I have sent so many emails but no response. Do not trust this service.

I ordered the Dinosaur Encyclopedia book based on the images on Facebook. It arrived and was NOTHING like what was advertised. The book was only 2 spreads with the pop up animals inserted incorrectly (they wouldn't fold down properly) and there were no side flaps or pop ups. Customer service has been unresponsive to multiple requests.

I ordered a size small fitted dress that looked beautiful online. When it arrived the dress looked cheap and it was at least 3 sizes to large. I sent pictures and requested a refund. They said they sent the right dress and that they would only refund me $7 out of the $39 I spent. I wouldn't order anything else from this website, the sizes run very large and you won't get a refund because they are based out of China. I am warning you don't waste your money.

Exceptionally tacky and no quality. Sewing very poor and strings pulling. Do not order from this site. Paid 127 for items and shipping is costing 76. Avoid as much as possible. Mich

The item I received, shipped from Markham, Ontario, was very poor quality and didn’t fit. Was told I would have to pay to ship it back to China, costing more than the item itself which cost me over $60. Florcoo offered me $5 or 20% off next order. I feel I’ve been scammed. My first and last time I’ll ever order from this operation.

I ordered a small sweatshirt. What I received was very big even though the tag said small. The quality was cheap. When I asked to return it I was told to take all my measurements and send to them along with the measurements of the item and also a picture of the item and the bag it was sent in. Only then would the decide what to do. But I could not return the item.. buyer be ware. Horrible company to deal with

Surely this is a scam. I ordered 3 items ($140AUS) which were never delivered. The shipping company they use (Fast Horse) updated the tracking saying there was no safe place to deliver (total lie, as I had it shipped to my workplace where a receptionist could sign and receive the package) and that it would be returned. After MUCH email communication, Florcoo blamed me for not collecting the item and said the best they could do was to refund 20%!!!! TERRIBLE customer service. A few pieces of information I found when following this order up were:
- Shipped from CHINA
- Couriered by an ALGERIAN company
- Money transferred/received in FRANCE.
This is an attempt to create an untraceable business to cover their fraudulent company. People who received inferior quality items should consider themselves lucky!!

Everything that was promised materialized without any problems. So joyful! They provide outstanding customer service; I got timely answers to all of my questions and concerns.

The website was easy to navigate. The things arrived fast after being ordered, and the ordering process was straightforward. PayPal will protect my money, and they appear to have a very secure payment system.

Pour votre santé mentale et votre portefeuille, tenez-vous loin de cette compagnie. J'aurais tellement aimé avoir lu ces critiques avant d'avoir commandé. Les robes sont loins d'être comme sur les photos de leur site internet soit à cause de la piètre qualité du matériel, soit à cause du motif qui est complètement différent, soit à cause du design qui n'a rien à voir avec l'image qu'ils vendent en ligne. Lorsque j'ai demandé de me faire rembourser, la réponse fût que les robes doivent bien me faire et que je dois être belle dedans et qu'après avoir vérifié avec le département du design, les robes que j'ai reçues sont les mêmes que celles sur leur site internet 😡 vu que c'est une compagnie qui est basée en Chine, le retour sera à mes frais alors peut-être considérer un don au lieu du retour😡. 270$ jeté aux poubelles dans ces temps où tous coûtent plus cher...

Je déconseille ce site, mauvaises tailles, les robes ne ressemblent pas aux photos, mauvaises qualité et en plus il n'est pas possible de les renvoyer...

This is a complete scam. The dresses I ordered look nothing like the photo. The quality is terrible. And now they will not let me return it.

This company is from China. Their site is misleading about returns. You must pay shipping back to China. I bought the same dress on another website for 1/3 of the cost. Free shipping and free returns. The other company is Temu. Much better prices and most of the same stuff.

BEWARE! SCAM!! Will not return clothes "for subjective reasons like doesn't fit, don't like color". This is a quote from their return policy. They tell you that all return U.S. custom charges must be paid by you. TOTAL SCAM OUT OF CHINA

I am satisfied with service received from florcoo on line store. Communication from order to delivery was prompt and very efficient. The parcel was delivered within the time period / date provided to me when I ordered. The goods arrived SUPER professionally packaged. Sizes were as described, and the quality is not bad at all. I will use them again!

I have to agree with most reviews. Be patient because it take about 15 days to receive the items. The quality is the worst! Sadly, I will be donating what I purchased. NEVER again!

If I could give 0 stars I would don’t waste your time with this company. I received a dress that looked super cute on the website. When it got here the material was so cheap it looked as if it was about to fall apart! I followed the sizing chart and the dress was way too long and did not look good on me. I requested a return label they do not provide return labels but offered me a 5 dollar gift card on a 45 dollar purchase! My blood’s boiling just a bit! Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can!
