Don’t buy from this company!!

Item arrived 3 weeks later after ordering of which the best way to describe is a piece of material!

When asked about returning was given a form to send back at my own expense to china!!

This firm is not based in London and should be shut down. Have probably taken thousands of pounds from people knowing they wouldn’t send goods back!

I received my item after three weeks, which actually was quite good, I ordered a cardigan, which in the picture showed a lovely knitted colourful cardigan..I received a cardigan that was well sized, but was polyester, and printed, I didn't no wether to laugh or cry, actually it's wearable possible down the beach and fit's well, just absolutely nothing like the pictures, and cost me 39 pounds..very cheap looking..Will not order from florenza again..please beware

Stay away from this company. The dress I ordered looks like a table cloth with no labels and with some marks.
Comes all the way from China, nothing to do with London! Total scam !

I'd give this company zero stars if I could. This is a scam website - DO NOT USE. They send you products that are nothing like the picture. They can only be contacted by emails but do not reply to any.

I am unable to return my item because they won't reply.

Deceitful company not London based as name suggests but China . I got an email reply when querying where my parcel was , ordered 12/9. Reply said check tracking which I had already done but shows no updates since order placed so totally unhelpful . All previous reviews are saying the same , avoid .

2nd review written, as I needed to return my dress as it was too small ( even though I'm a 12 and ordered a L 12/14) it cost me £18 to return as it'sactuallyin Chin not London!!!!
Not worth the hassle after the long wait to receive my parcel and incorrect sizing!!!!!!

Have waited several weeks for what should be a lovely evening dress that cost £39.99 half price in the sale. It has finally arrived and the material is cheap and nasty and really poor quality. I wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing but like the other reviews, you think that you are ordering from a company based in London but it's from China. Please don't use and waste your money.

Just received my parcel which I ordered over 3 weeks ago. Material is flimsy sticks to you and the sizing is all wrong. Really disappointed because the dress was 40 pounds just glad I didn't pay the full amount of 80 pounds as it was reduced.

Ordered a cardigan from this company in the advert it was half price at £40.00 it took a while to arrive I'd emailed them in between time no reply. When the parcel arrived it looked like a cheap market stall polyester top with a cheap tag no Florenza london label. I was so disappointed, angry and I am a very vulnerable adult. I feel I was scammed at £40:00 , I'd read the reviews before I decided to place the order and I'm not even able to send it back as there is no returns form or lables

Says London but is shipped from China and takes 3/4 weeks for delivery.
Item was very cheap, poor quality and poor fit

Items come from china not the uk. Quality is the poorest I’ve ever seen. Returns go back to china at your own expense and have to be tracked as tracking number has to be forwarded to the company. Cost £18.10 to return a dress that cost £39.99. Obviously they're hoping you dont bother returning as it’s too much hassle and too expensive. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade under that name as it’s very misleading. Avoid at all costs, there’s nothing good to say about the products or the experience

Worse than poor!! Do not buy from this company. The advert implies you are buying from a London based company with delivery in 3-5 days. In actual fact you are buying from China which takes weeks on end to arrive.
Dreadful quality dress, cheap and nasty screwed up and crinkled beyond belief. Nothing like the picture and description online. A complete waste of £39.99. I have requested a full refund…..what do you think my chances are?……. 0, zero, zilch!!!
They should be removed from the site.

DON’T BUY IT
It’s a Chinese shop with really bad quality. I bought two dresses as they are horrendous.
Sent them a couple of email to return the items and they didn’t answer you back.

Awful quality, not like description and had awful smell, returns at your own cost. Would not shop with this company again. Items shipped from china.

Terrible customer service. Very misleading. Tracking is not available and still waiting on my order to be delivered. Would not recommend.

As stated in many posts - awful company, misleading & recieved the worst quality dresses i have ever seen or tried on.
Sent from china, not uk. Wish i had looked at reviews before buying.

Totally misleading sponsored advertising which implies that you are purchasing from a London based company with delivery in 3-5 days. In actual fact you are purchasing goods from China which take weeks on end to arrive.

Dreadful quality dress received, cheap and nasty screwed up and crinkled beyond belief to accomodation packaging. Loose threads, cheap material, nothing like the picture and description online.

In summary , a complete waste of £39.99 (advertised as a half price offer, from £79.99)

You could buy a nicer, better quality dress from Shien at a fraction of the cost!

The returns process is detailed in the small print post order. In essence impossible to get your money back.

Feeling totally ripped off!

I’d give this company one zero stars if I could. Cheap shoddy item that was no where near the size advertised. Wouldn’t have paid £5 if bought off the market.
