Great, friendly and prompt cumber service. Really listened to my needs and directly me to the best solution

Your representative called me to make sure I made the correct measurement and glad they did as I had made a mistake. It was shipped to me in a very short time and in great condition as it was packed properly.
Thank you once again for the quality product and SERVICE!!!

As always, I received a beautiful, well-made frame that complements my painting perfectly. Never had a bad experience with Florida Frames!

Very prompt service!

When my frame choice was out of stock, it was easy to switch to another similiar style. Staff was very helpful.

Florida frames' staff is very helpful in ensuring that I am ordering the correct size frames, mat, and any needed hardware. Highly recommend!

Love working with the folks at Florida Frames

Great frames! Great service!

Good frames, Good customer service, Arrives on time

Great frame style, cut to order, packed with care, shipped promptly and all at a great price.

The company was wonderful to work with but two frames didn’t fit and the paintings are currently being sanded down to be wedged in. Will check with the company! It may just be miscommunication.

Quality is always great and so is the customer service and shipping!

This is probably my 4th order from Florida Frames. They provide beautiful custom frames within a very reasonable turn around timeframe with great communication & customer service.

Florida Frames is my first choice for frames. Their frames are solid and well put together. The quality of the frames is exactly what you expect. I also find their ordering process pretty simple and straight forward. When you find a good frame company the only improvement you always look for is more frame varieties. They did a great job on my most recent puchase.

Prompt delivery, speedy response and resolutions, Quality products and large inventory! highly recommend

The order was perfect...the packing exquisite! These guys are the best!

The frame is great and free shipping

This was my first time ordering a frame online. I first purchased a collection of Plein Air 3” samples. I chose the frame I wanted from this collection. But then I was unsure exactly what I would need for the project. I contacted Florida Frames and they returned my call within 5 minutes. Starting with the measurements of my Plein Air art on board, they led me through what I would need to frame my art like a professional. The frame and supplies arrived in about a week and the assembly was quite easy. Thank you for your support. I will definitely order from you again in the future.
