So far we are loving our massage chair from Floridian. We had a great sales report named Michael who helped us out every step of the way, including pickup. I hope everything continues to go well with our chair, but knowing the customer service is so good (from other reviews), I think we are in good hands.

The gentleman kept me informed about my chair. When was that when it was on his way thanks to him. The two gentlemen that delivered our chair knew whatever they were doing. Didn’t take him long at all to set it up. Very nice. You couldn’t ask for a better service.

We purchased Floridian Brand massage chair without plan. Just sat down we both love it at store. Anyway it delivered by Mr.Ganzy & Mr. Phil. Yes they called me on the way. Around 20-30mints to set up also they explained how to use it. So they set up for us!

And after we use machine I notice some drop sound. I sent message about it. This time Mr.Ganzy and Mr. Kai showed up. They actually open chair and showed me inside tested all kind of setting. It was nothing broken, just electric cord was hit bottom of it.

Also Ms.Madison is the one answered all my questions through message. She was always quick responding.

We were able to test out the chair prior to purchasing which was nice as we were able to confirm it was a good fit for our need. Top technology, lots of massage options, sleek style, & very comfortable. We are thrilled with our purchase.

I’ve owned my rebel massage chair for about two years now, and recently I had a small issue with the massage system. I reached out to the company, and they arranged for a technician to come to my home and take care of it.

The technician, Ganzy, was absolutely wonderful. Let me tell you, this young gentleman really knows what he’s doing. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

After owning the chair for two years, it’s great to know Floridian Brand is still there to support their customers after the sale. I really appreciate the entire team for taking care of me. Excellent service and a great experience overall!

Madison's consistent updates we beyond expectation. Her expeditious response time, left no room to question her professionalism. She always made us feel important, which made us feel even more happier with our purchase. Despite a little hick up with the first attempted delivery (wrong color), and us moving, Madison's level of customer service was above reproach. Not to mention the gentlemen who made our delivery, Ganzy and Kai, calling when they were 30 minutes out amd confirming our address, absolutely appreciated! Top notch!

The delivery team truly went above and beyond. They called ahead of time to give me an ETA, arrived right on time, and were extremely professional and helpful. My chair was a tight fit getting into the room where I wanted it set up, but they didn’t give up. They carefully took the chair apart, removed the door to make sure the chair could fit through, and then replaced the door after getting everything into the room. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly and that my chair was exactly where I wanted it.

I also want to give a special thank-you to Madison on the customer service team. She was absolutely wonderful! Anytime I had questions about my delivery, she was there to help. What impressed me most was that she didn’t just wait for me to reach out, she actually contacted me first to keep me updated throughout the process. The Delivery guys were great. The overall process was frustrating. I am greatly appreciative of the discount that was applied due to my inconvenience but the chair that I received was different from the one I originally ordered First world problems the updated chair was equally as impressive but I was more familiar with the predecessor. I was definitely at the point of canceling my order but your team and the customer service rep were accommodating in providing the extra discount. However, near 11 weeks for delivery was deeply disappointing in addition to the delivery wait my other complaint is I wish the operating instructions, I wish they were a little more detailed or I wish there were YouTube videos that give additional details on how to operate the Auto programs. Unfortunately i am more of a visual learner I am unsure how to select the additional auto programs. For instance I’m not sure how to select the pre sleep or wake up auto program options. I’m not sure how to visually identify which auto program is which.
