I have ordered flower bouquets from Floritta Flowers several times, and each time I have been very satisfied. They offer great prices, a wide selection of fresh flowers, and, most importantly, excellent communication and service. Every time, they listen to my requests, create the bouquet I envision, and, if the flowers I want aren’t available, they find beautiful alternatives and work their magic. They’re always on time with delivery, work really fast, and even send photos of the bouquet before and after delivery so I can be sure it reached the recipient. A big thank you to them – I’ll definitely keep ordering from them!

I bought a bouquet of roses from them, they arrived withered and already dead, despite having paid a lot, I asked for explanations and a refund, they told me that there would be no refund and from there they no longer responded, despite the fact that on their site it says that in these cases the refund is due. They are bad and I strongly advise against buying from them, they treat customers in a bad way and what you see in the photos will never come home, poor service, very high prices, treatment even worse.

Terrible experience. Avoid at any cost. Paid £280 quid for Peonies Top, delivered totally different size (significantly smaller), different colours (although the mention on under the photo “We also reserve the right to replace some items if they are of a bad quality with other products which are good, fresh and are of similar colour.”); and instead of pennies they put chrysanthemums. Finally, when I rang them they were extremely rude and didn’t wish to proceed any refund whatsoever. Avoid them at any cost. The bouquet they sent us costs no more than £30-40£, not £280. Need to learn how to treat customers.

Tatiana is amazing! Flowers were absolutely stunning. She made 30 individual bouquets for a Mother's Day Event we hosted. Everyone loved them and commented on how stunning they were. Ordering and delivery were so seamless and on time. Highly recommend.
