I paid extra money to request for a designated delivery time. I asked them to deliver at 3pm because I will be picking up my girlfriend at 4.30pm. But the flowers arrived at 10am. It was okay this time because I was at the hotel at that time, so I managed to pick up the flowers, but the timing is so poor because what if I was at the hotel at that time? The most important thing this time is it actually arrived earlier and luckily I was in the hotel. The flowers were good though after all.
