Ordered flowers from then 14 march 2025, flowers were wilted. 6 emails on still no reply! £40 worry of rubbish. These were for a colleague so not my own flowers but I paid for them.

Just had a lot of dead looking roses in a bouquet from my sis in law
I was to embarrassed to tell her how awful they were
They came to my place of work so everyone saw them

My sister in law ordered me a £30 bouquet from Next for my birthday, 21st January. Awful, threw them out on the third day. Rang Next and complained. Eventually sent another bouquet. Just as bad. 23 hours later, they are already drooping and petals on roses turning brown. Total crap. These flowers are dispatched from Flamingo Flowers at Spalding. Flowers from Lidl or Aldi far superior at a fraction of the price. Next should be reported to Trading Standards.

Ordered flowers for a 60th birthday gift. Didn't arrive. Recipient found them dead in a box at the entrance where she lives 4 days later. No update for me as buyer on tracker. I had to call Next and request a refund. They did refund, and offered voucher to spend at Next. I would not recommend.

I received a bouquet of letterbox flowers for my birthday. They were limp and old looking when they arrived, a few insipid roses and cheap alstromeria. Of course, the idea is that they revive when put in water but this didn’t happen. They were truly dismal so I complained to Next (didn’t want to seem ungrateful to my friends who sent them). I received, a couple of days later, the same sad bin-worthy flowers squished in a box sellotaped shut. I received another bouquet from a different retailer which lasted almost 2 weeks so there’s no excuse. Don’t go to Next for flowers.

Flowers were ok . Ruined by poor delivery by DPD . They ignored a big notice o; door to say NO PARCELS HERE. PUT IN SHED TO RIGHT OF GARAGE . Left flowers in full view of the road in the free ping cold . When I got the flowers they were shrivelled with the freezing cold , they would have be en protected in the shed . Even watched the delivery driver walk towards the shed , then couldn’t be bothered and left 5hem on the floor in the freezing cold 🙁. NEXT , sort out your deliveries , please .
