If I started narrating my experience, you'd think I had a personal agenda against these disrespectful, unhelpful, useless, anniversary ruining clowns. I honestly don't know where to start, I really don't. The damage they did was extensive and led to a sweaty, awkward, silent, tensed day that we had both looked forward to for months. The item had shown as delivered on their website but when I first called the lady was rude, acted like I was confused and it was not supposed to be delivered that day when I literally picked the day on their website without apology till I called her out on it. Then I asked for it to be cancelled, she then called back and said it would be delivered by 6 when my reservation was by 6 so I was hoping it would be delivered around 5 ish, just for it to not be delivered by even past 6:30 and I had asked my gf to come to my office cause I was expecting a package making her take a detour in the heat and leading to a bad mood. We eventually left without it being delivered and wasted her time and energy for nothing and leaving me with my d*ck in my hands....The rest of the day was a downwards spiral I'd save you the details of. I couldn't detest a company any more than I do this one and would be demanding a refund. I got to work to realise it was delivered around 7pm...I have no need for it now

What a terrrible customer service experience! I was made to feel a nuisance, the assistant had no idea of the product offer and zero empathy for the fact that I was buying funeral flowers. Offered me a store branded postcard for the sympathy message. Very badly done but reading the other reviews now it seems you don't really care. Will not be going here again or any of your other outlets.

Absolutely beautiful flowers, exactly as described. Ordered for my mother’s birthday, they were really beautiful.

Wish I read the reviews first but was in a rush to make same day delivery that I didn’t do my usual checks. Same as a few people on here, my order was not delivered on the day selected. I got an email from DPD (courier) in the afternoon saying that my delivery has been cancelled with no explanation. I called Flowers & Plants Co. to see what the issue is and they apparently had no idea why - they said they’ll investigate and get back to me.. no one did. So I call back.. no answer. I called again the following day (the day I’m writing this review) and they took forever to locate my order on the system (same as the day before) and still had no update/explanation. They said it is on their list for delivery today so let’s see… I also asked for a refund and they offered to refund delivered in credits to which I denied as I definitely won’t be using them again so just waiting confirmation of a cash refund. Sorry for the long one but in short, I do not recommend.

Can't praise this shop enough. They bent over backwards to ready a wedding lapel spray and bridal hairpiece for a next day wedding - a last minute order but they rose to the occasion even though they had other orders to fulfil. They produced two beautifully crafted floral pieces of art which were well praised by the guests. Gorgeous work. Thank you to the lovely, accommodating and efficient staff who helped me in choosing flowers, colour & design, and in their timely creation. Lastly, for where they have positioned themselves in the heart of London, this shop's prices are quite economical and did not break the bank. Service and products - first class. Will definitely return.

I ordered a white orchid plant for my aunt for her 80th birthday and it was stunning, really beautiful. My Aunt loves it and was pleased that it arrived in pristine condition. I needed to check with the company that it was delivered and they came back to me really quickly. Very good service all round.

Awful service, do not use them under any circumstances.

Flowers did not arrive on time and they failed to refund the full delivery charge.

Update. My flowers for Mother’s Day finally arrived at, at 10:50.

Overall extremely bad customer service, rude and late delivery. Will NEVER use this website again.

I ordered a Stocks Bouquet and paid extra for morning delivery to ensure the flowers arrived in time for an event. By 12:30 PM, they still hadn’t been delivered, so I called Flowers & Plants Co to chase up the order. I was told it was out for delivery and that they would call me back with an estimated arrival time—but nobody ever called me back.

When the flowers were finally delivered late, the water container was damaged, causing water damage to the bag they came in.

I specifically paid extra for morning delivery, and due to their delay, I did not have the flowers in time for my event. Extremely disappointing service. I would not use Flowers & Plants Co again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable flower delivery.

Flowers look beautiful on the website and the flowers that were delivered to my mum after finishing her chemo were awful, totally different from what was pictured and such awful quality. I’ve had nicer flowers from Aldi for a fraction of the price.

I was given a beautiful bouquet which did sadly not last, but when I contacted them to advise, they couldn’t be nice enough, so friendly, straight away they offered a replacement, I went into the store, the Canary Wharf shop and chose the flowers, which are stunning and still going strong.

The girls were so lovely, the service I received was first class, quick and efficient.

An absolutely appalling experience! Staff / so called "customer service" is just bad. Everyone who I've spoken with was just rude, patronising and extremely not helpful at all, also, bear in mind a lot of sarcastic comments were given to me whilst on the phone to their "UK" Office. I could go on and on about the whole bad incidents and scenarios, bear in mind I placed 2 orders with them in a space of a few hours but had to cancel the last one as the first experience was really bad. Please do yourselves a huge favour and save yourself from the hassle of going through an extremely appalling, unfriendly, unhelpful, and stressful order that is meant to be a very thorough process.

I wish I could attach pictures to show just how poor the quality of these flowers was. Unfortunately, the bouquet I received didn’t even last a single day.

As soon as I unwrapped the bouquet, I noticed that the water in the plastic wrapping was not fresh, and the stems looked like they had been sitting in it for several days. It was clear that this was not a fresh bouquet.

Still, I followed all the proper care steps. I cut the stems, removed any leaves below the waterline, and placed them in fresh, filtered water. The vase was kept in a stable environment, away from direct sunlight or drafts. Despite this, I woke up the next morning to find the flowers completely wilted. The hydrangeas were weak and soft, while the roses had completely bowed, with their heads drooping down.

I think it’s completely unacceptable to sell flowers that don’t even last 24 hours, let alone the standard 3-5 days.

I delayed writing this complaint because I didn’t want to upset my darling husband, who bought these flowers for me as a thoughtful St Valentine's Day gift. He was so excited to surprise me, and I didn’t want him to see how disappointed I was. But I feel it’s important to share my experience so that others don’t waste their money on flowers that won’t even last a day. I received the flowers on Friday 14th February, and I am writing this review on Sunday 16th February, but the flowers were already weak and soft by the morning of Saturday 15th February.

If you want fresh flowers that will last, I strongly recommend avoiding Flowers & Plants Co / flowersandplantsco.com .

I just can't believe I am writing another terrible review for another terrible company. You have took £82 with no confirmation, zero delivery on time and trading under a different name!!!!

When are companies going to STOP this!!!!! I want my money back!!!

Paid for morning delivery, did not receive flowers. Refused to refund and cancel the order. Very very unhelpful customer service

Placed an order on Thursdays 23rd Jan 2025 and it arrived on the day requested and in the morning, when I had not requested an early delivery.
Very happy with product and service.

Flowers & Plants Co. are the BEST!!!

I needed flowers delivered in a short space of time and they did not disappoint.

I made my order in the afternoon and the recipient got them in the early evening. The support team were so friendly guiding me through the process, answering all my questions multiple times (SORRY TEAM!) even when there were some errors made by myself they didn't get frustrated showing me such care.

I'm thankful they helped make such a small moment special for the recipient.

I would and will definitely be using them again going forward for all occasions.

Wonderful service! I ordered some bunches for International Women's Day, and they arrived right on time. Not only were they fresh, but they also exuded a very stylish vibe, exactly as I requested. Highly satisfied!

Great website, horrible delivery. Failed to deliver on Valentine's Day.

I used PayPal to pay so I was able to file a complaint and get my money back.

I asked for a tracking number and the reply ignored that request and told me that the delivery was on its way. It never was.

After two weeks, I escalated the case to PayPal and PayPal decided in my favour.

Flowers & Plants Co. made no effort to return the money.

If you're satisfied with pictures of flowers, use Flowers & Plants Co., but if you want real flowers, use someone else.
