Ihad a very disappointing experience yesterday. I placed an order for a gift for a special occasion, and despite receiving confirmation, it was never delivered. This completely ruined what was meant to be a happy and memorable day.

When I contacted customer service to ask about the issue, the representative was extremely rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse. There was no proper explanation or effort to resolve the problem.

After this experience, I checked other reviews and found that many customers have faced the same issue. It’s shocking that after taking orders and confirming them, they fail to deliver.

This is honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I made two mistakes while placing order:
Incorrect name, incorrect date

I realise name mistake and reached out - they accomodated for it.

After an hour i reached out since my delivery was not completed. To my surprise reason was because i had selected future date instead of current.

Sought adjustment and same day delivery.

They accommodated same and ensured delivery was made on time.

Good to find a business that cares

I have ordered flowers a couple times and am always happy with their service. Bouquets look nice, communication is quick and friendly (and in english) and special delivery instructions are followed. I strongly recommend them. Thanks!

Couldn’t deliver it on the right day and even ignoring calls and texts.
Didn’t deliver even on the next day as promised. Avoid this site. there are hundred other decent business people out there.

First impression... immmediate response to my emails was one big green signal... appreciate efforts to go out of the box and deliver hamper to the location not mentioned while placing the order without any fuss... wrt hamper, needs a bit sophistication... overall a good experience...

Worst service. Delivery was not on time

I always order from ferns and petals, this time by mistake I ended up ordering from this site. Am very disappointed as the quality of flowers was not good and the bouquet was very small compared to the pic shown on site.Dissatisfied and disappointed.sorry

We placed an order for a Bouquet of Pink Lilies, Yellow & White Roses.

We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the flowers delivered. Not only did the arrangement fail to match the product description and advertised images, but it was also very poorly arranged and appeared shabby and unprofessional. This is unacceptable given the price paid and the importance of the occasion.

I ordered a basket of red roses to a town near Ettumanoor, Kerala. The roses were delivered on time and were fresh. The basket was different from the picture on the website but it was a good one as well. The entire process was quite hassle free and their customer service was responsive for any queries I had. It was a great find for flower delivery.
