Do not order from here. Paid 100Pounds for flowers delivered. Delivery man threw the box with flowers over my 6feet gate at my back garden which it was locked, when i found them. The box with flowers was wet and demaged and some of the flowers snapped.Called them and sent them pictures and i got no explanation and apologies.

Absolutely would order from Flowers Unlimited the flowers were stunning and my daughter was so happy with how beautiful they were.The added touch for me was sending a picture of the flowers I had bought for her.

Flowers were fresh and colourful. Ordering was easy and delivered on with no fuss.

My friend was thrilled to bits with the beautiful spring flower arrangement which was very promptly delivered to her home.

I was recommended this company by Amex for sending fruit baskets nationwide. They could not assist with a last minute request from work for same day delivery but offered the alternative of sending another item and they were very helpful and the item got there in time.

I have been using Flowers Unlimited for the past 3 years now for our Christmas tree, the service is fantastic, really good value for the quality of tree you get, (they are beautifully brilliant trees), we always get our the first weekend of December and they last right round to Twelfth Night and they smell incredible. The fact that they deliver and collect the trees makes it so easy (and personally for me) takes the stress out of going and choosing one and then the sadness of taking them to the Christmas tree graveyard! I would recommend this service to all.

Was disappointed with the service this year. I bought the tree over the internet but on delivery the driver was very reluctant to show me the tree before I accepted delivery and told me the next time to go to the shop myself. As he was really quite assertive in not helping me I accepted delivery to find that on measuring the tree it wasn’t 5 foot but actually 4 foot 9 inches. Disappointing all round really.

Ordered flowers for a funeral by telephone. They were beautiful and delivered as requested. A few days later I received a picture of the flowers which is a lovely touch as it's something nice to keep and send on to the wife of the person that had died.

So pleased with the flowers I sent to say 'Thank You' to someone. The florist sent photos which was really nice as you often never see what you have paid for, but nowadays you can. It is a really nice thing to do for the customer. The service from start to end was very good and helpful. I was very happy with my choice of this florist and I chose them randomly for the area my friend lived in and from their other reviews which were very positive. THANK YOU to the florist they were lovely.

My Family are almost all ex florists so sending flowers can be difficult....have found the perfect place! very subtle, classy and high end displays...well done all, a credit to Portland Road!.

My friend sent me a photo of the lovely bouquet ("sunshine colours") that I'd ordered - she's just out of hospital and was greatly cheered up by the beautiful flowers that had been chosen.

Last minute wedding bouquet delivered to the hotel on time in the morning just what we asked for beautiful and wrapped for transportation to register office bride to be loved them.

My husband went to Flowers Unlimited In Hove, so I am hoping that this is the correct company to review as it says Brighton. He told me that the service provided was very friendly. They delivered the flowers for my birthday within the time stated. They were beautiful. Freesia flowers which are my favourite with some greenery. The next morning when all the buds had opened the smell that greeted me in the sitting room was just gorgeous. I was most impressed by the follow up letter reminding me to change the flower water and included some flower food and a discount on our next order. Thank you.

We were happy with the flowers, some less common, but felt the addition of a delivery charge from Hove to Hangleton on £65 of flowers rather unpalatable.
