Decent but overpriced product, couldn't buy a gotoh as the backlog at the time was too great. The customer service is really where things start to get awful. The routing and measurement diagrams of the tremolo honest to god could have been done by a couple of junior high students. Using units of measurement no one uses to actually build anything, as well as lacking critically important measurements. After repeatedly not answering my online queries sent to them in their contact forum on their website, I had to call them. I live outside the U.S, so I had to pay to call them to answer a question I had about their faulty diagram. Worst part is the measurement the employee gave me on the phone was incorrect. And now the trem route has to be adjusted for it to sit right in the cavity. Absolutely unbelievable, what an awful company to deal with when making anything with their parts.

I bought a Fender Player Strat FR HSS MN PWT with Floyd Rose floating bridge and string locks. I was learning guitar with this acquisition and after 1 year and 2 months with the guitar I learned to do Bends (bending the strings) which is an indispensable technique in the electric guitar and there I realized that the string locks were not useful because when bending the strings, they went out of tune or out of the lock.

I went to the store where I bought it and they did not make the warranty valid for exceeding 1 year, nor did they help me contact Fender for help. It is a beautiful guitar with a lousy part. By the way, when it was checked by an adjuster who took courses to repair Floyd Rose, he told me that he has received several guitars with that defective part.

I wasted my money. DO NOT BUY IT!!!
