The item took ages to arrive but when I emailed to ask where it was they replied promptly.
I got my dog the dinosaur for Christmas on the basis it was ‘indestructible’ as she normally destroys new toys within minutes. However this was no different. She unwrapped it and 13 minutes later there was a hole in the arm. I emailed a picture and explained and this time they were not so quick to respond and I have not heard back at all. Therefore not worth the money.

Buyer Beware.

The dog toys are advertised as super strong & virtually indestructible. This is not true & they come apart very easily. They are not as described & they are expensive.

Purchased a dog bed for £74.99 which arrived on 02/11/2023. The bed is not quite as sturdy or as spongy as I was anticipating but suppose that is the joys of purchasing online. However after 6 weeks of use I noticed on 15th December that there was a hole in the cover of the dog bed, I contacted the company who informed me that they don't offer replacement covers and I am outside the 14 day returns period. Therefore after only 6 weeks this very expensive bed is not fit for purpose and their suggestion is I stitch it together to prevent further damage.
They advertise 'high quality products' and "excellent customer service" but this is not what I received.

As with everyone else, my pet made light work of their invincible toy. They insistent on replacement that their policy was a “one-time” replacement, which I was certain did not exist when I ordered the toy.

After lots of back and forth with their customer service agent Suzanne, she admitted that their IT department had put this policy on their website on 15th September 2023.

They lie, they advertise poorly and their toys are rubbish - so if you ordered yours before 15th September, just know that their one-time replacement policy doesn’t apply to you and you are well within your rights to claim a full refund as they’re in breach of contract :)

Edit: it’s not about “deserve”, you made offers that you have no intention of living up to?

After replying to their email an selecting a different product I woke up to an email advising me that I have been refunded.
Yeah over the moon and thank you.

Received email and as expected no refund possible however they did offer another toy for the same value.

Purchased an Invinci bear which was supposed to be made from indestructible material with tripple stitching for heavy chewers. Less than 2 minutes it took my dog to rip this apart. Oh and apparently the lifetime replacement warranty is only a one off replacement. I have asked for a refund which I highly likely won't receive but he it's nearly Christmas and let's see if a miracle will occur. In the mean time I will say it's misleading and highly overpriced and bad quality, something that belongs in the reject store and should not cost more than a couple of dollars

Disappointed with quality of dog bed. Not as described in the picture. Not much to it.

This is not a durable toy as advertised. My golden retriever destroyed it in less than 20 minutes.

My dog managed to completely destroy the so called invincible teddy bear in a matter of hours… they sent a one off replacement and this also only last a day! Complete joke and the toys aren’t cheap!

This is a joke, there us very little filling in this bed, not worth £10 never mind £75.my d oh is poorly & this will give him 0 comfort, how can I return?

Ordered dog collar and bed, delivery has taken a long time to come and shipped from China. Collar has arrived but £75.00 dog bed hasn’t arrived.

My dog tore the elephant up in less than 10 minutes. They are not invincible. Waste of money

I bought the Orthopaedic dog bed for my older dog as she needs a more comfort due to her age. It does exactly that, she loves it! Would highly recommend.

My dog has destroyed the toy that they claimed was chew proof with a matter of hours of purchase. The website claims a refund or replacement, so I got into contact via email, phone and Instagram but have been ignored on all platforms. Sham company!
