I wouldn’t even rate it as one star but I couldn’t write the review otherwise. It worked the first time but when I went to charge it up the second time the connection wouldnt stay in so needless to say it’s ‘b’ useless! I had to wait over three weeks for the delivery in the first place and of course it came from China.
Don’t be fooled by this company: don’t buy it.

Please don't use this company. All the goods are either very poor quality or don't work. I wanted a refund but had to pay for the item to be returned which would have been £22 so it's not worth returning! All the reviews on the website are fake as i posted a bad review and its been removed.
I wish I'd have checked trustpilot before buying anything from this scam company!!

Don't be fooled by the .uk at the end of this company's web address. The site looks to be a UK site, but everything comes from China.
I would really like to give this company 0 stars. The cat toys were described inaccurately, being smaller than indicated on their website (they use kitten sized cats, rather than adult cats). The items ( oversized Q tips) were supposed to be wool felt, but were not, having a hard stick of some sort in the centre. Unable to return the items as I had to cover return postage - to China! Expensive tat: buy cheaper from Temu or Amazon.

Poor quality product. When I complained I was sent videos of the product, with a Chinese voiceover, that had no relevance to my complaint, and this was followed by the runaround from customer service. When you want to return something, the company no longer seems to be UK-based, you get an address in Germany and you're told to pay the postage, even though the product isn't fit for purpose. I suspect that the good reviews of products on their website have little basis in reality.

First and last order still haven’t had my order sent messages no reply

My review is also very disappointing, ordered a large cooling dog bed, did not arrive on time and when it did the dimensions were a lot smaller. I tried to activate the money back guarantee and get a full refund and was emailed continuously to say to refund could take 28days and I had to pay return delivery to Germany! Finally agreed to partial refund and donated the item to charity - still waiting nearly 2 months later for the 'partial refund' complete SCAM.

Scam. Don't even bother.

This store is selling pure tat.
Bought the sofa protector and it looks like its made from the same material as my 70s bedspead.
No quilting,no weight in it and not waterproof.
Also took over 2 weeks to ship from china, which they dont mention on their website- wonder why?.
Wont be ordering from this site again.

I ordered what was described as a GPS tracker back in June. It turned out to be a Bluetooth ‘tracker’ (they have now updated the listing - I am writing this in August).

When I asked for a full refund they said I would have to return the product to Germany and instead they could offer me a 20% refund. After a lot of complaining they then offered me a 50% refund, which I have accepted, but I HAVE NOT received it two months later.

Do not order from this company.

I bought a waterproof blanket 2months ago and it worked well at 1st. now cats will scratch at it which has called small holes. this means it is no longer waterproof and any accidents soak straight threw! alot to spend for something that doesn't last and now must be thrown away. plus shipping isn't from the uk so took forever which I didn't know as not stated anywhere

Sent an item which does not work (dog ball thrower).
Took ages to be internationally shipped despite no mention on this on website.
Sent videos of product not working. It clearly shows it is not as described it just drops to floor there is absolutely no rolling or throwing function at all. They have said it does work and cannot refund me. do not trust this company. SCAMMERS.

Having ordered a cooling mat under the belief it had a 30 day money back guarantee, my initial reaction was the product was poor quality but would give it a go! My dog kept getting off tahr mat and moving to a cool floor…clearly not working.
When I processed the return I was told it had to be in perfect condition. Digby had ben sitting on it and therefore not “perfect” so no refund would be given. Do not purchase as poor quality and expensive compared to competition. 30 day money back is a pointless statement!!

If you're thinking of buying and tempted by their website, don't do it! This is the worse company to deal with both with delivery times, communications and refunds. I've contacted Consumer Advice and raised a dispute. You will be wasting your money here.

Reading other reviews here I can say my experience has been pretty much the same, doesn't even deserve one star. Misleadingly they present as a UK company but everything seems to be dispatched from China on ordering. Consequently it takes forever, and nowhere near the time frame they give. I ordered a dog cool mat, we've had three heatwaves since and it hasn't arrived. I have told them three times now that I will now refuse delivery and want a refund but all I get is the same reply saying it's on the way. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a cat dish it took a month to arrive. Looks like it has come from China which I was not aware of when ordering! Emailing them and you get nowhere - I don’t know if it is the language barrier but they struggle to actually answer your queries.

Ordered a cool mat for our cat which ended up taking almost 4 weeks to arrive and although believing that his was a UK based company it appears to be China based. Kept chasing for delivery information and kept getting seemingly AI generated identically repeated replies and when it arrived it was pretty flimsy and didn't appear to generate cool surface

Wish I read the reviews first. I didn’t know this came from China. Ordered a cooling mat that had a 5star review. 2 weeks and no update on delivery. The heatwave will have passed if I ever get the product. Waste of time.

My cat does not understand this toy, and neither do I. He is a pretty clever cat, so tries to put his paw in the holes to get the treat. Since when do cats press pedals? He gets more enjoyment out of a catnip stuffed material toy.

It is really not obvious that this company posts from China. I never order ANYTHING that is!! I find Chinese product quality very poor. They don't have the same regulations in place for safety etc as the UK. I checked and saw a UK address. I was taken in as it looks as if the UK addresses are no longer viable. I doubt I'll receive my purchase - it's been over 2 weeks now and with no way of tracking despite their assurances that the parcel is trackable! If I do I doubt I'll use the items as unsure that they'd be safe for my pets. You live and learn PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS WEBSITE!

Expected delivery date was a week ago and it still has not arrived. I had not realised the trackers were coming all the way from China and I don't think they have even reached the UK yet. Their website makes you think they are UK based. They also advertise their products on offer at the same price all the time, despite saying it's going to end by a certain date.

I don't have a lot of hope after seeing these reviews that the trackers will be any use, if they do eventually show up. I won't be buying from them again.
