AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Ordered parts to replace customers toilet fault.
Parts have not arrived, no tracking number sent for Royal Mail.
UNABLE TO CONTACT FLUSHKING as the only form of contact is via a contact form on their website. I have sent 2 messages now and received no response

Purchased as they gave a brilliantly long warranty boasting reliability...couple of years later on a toilet fill valve. It was faulty. Requested to know how the warranty works. Advised go to B&Q and get "a washer" common fault. Great so they admit the product goes wrong, no offer of a replacement part; then ask me to go to B&Q to purchase a washer without telling me 1. How to fit "the washer", dismantle the product to get "the washer" out 2. which size washer do I need.

Called a plumber out and he sorted it. so warranty is pointless with these products. What gets me the most is the product is low cost so could have easily been more helpful.

This is the worse company I've ever purchased online from.

Goods arrived late and were not what we paid for. They ignored all emails. They refused to accept they sent the wrong goods. Refused to refund me. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

At no time did you contact me to say the goods had not been sent as agreed and paid for.

At no time did you reply to my 4 emails asking why the deliver had not arrived and why the delivery company had no idea what the tracking code you gave was.

At no time did you inform me that you had changed delivery companies making the tracking code you sent in the invoice email irrelevant.

At no time did you reply to my emails informing you the goods were not as ordered. It was not until I disputed the purchase with PayPal did you reply.

When you did reply you refused to issue a refund unless I sent you a photo of the incorrect goods. I sent you that but you still declined the refund and escalated the PayPal dispute.

Easy to order from the web site and the products were delivered on time.
The products are a good quality, I have fitted a couple of the full repair kits, one with the flush handle and one with the push button and have had no issues with either. I will be using again.

The Item was easy to fit after following the instructions included & also the video on FluskKing website
Only four star because I had to make some modifications to enable the flush lever to be fitted securely. Otherwise the product was a great conversation to a full or part flush system & at a good price. .

Always been a bit reluctant to try a bit of plumbing but my screaming toilet was driving me bananas. So I punted up the money to give it a go. Especially having been given the confidence by your product install videos. Well it didn't take 15 mins as suggested ( mainly due to a tght nut ) as I was frightend of using too much force. However I did it in 30 mins, no problem. Very pleased with the result and no more noisy toilet. Well impressed with the product and myself for giving it a go!!

Product good as is ordering, but this was all let down by delivery,with this high delivery charge which guarantees 24 hour delivery this did not happen more like two plus days, sugest you try hermes quicker and cheaper.

Parts were easy, instructions were short and clear.

Excellent product does exactly what it says and so easy to install.

First delivery was incomplete, replaced with full product, not just missing piece. Delivery times excellent.

Solidly built. Not complete kit for my cistern had to buy metal fixing bracket with doughnut washer.Inlet valve a bit tight to cistern,over come with fiber washer as packing.Would buy again.

Delivered quickly I bought a complete set to replace syphon and fill unit. So glad I did each time the toilet was flushed it sounded like a foghorn. Now the Flushking parts are installed I have a quiet push button dual flush. Took just over 30 minutes to fit and I am not DIY skilled. Ordered Thursday and delivered Friday can't fault the product or delivery speed. Worth every bit of 5 stars. Thank you Flush King.

There was only one delivery option, next day delivery, I didn't really want to pay for next day delivery, but had no choice, and then the product did not even arrive next day.

Update, product did not last more than 6 months, very disappointed.

The item arrived on time and works well now it is fitted. Fitting was not as easy as described, but that was partly down to the design of the cistern rather than the flushking part.
We have 2 other loos in the house and I will definitely consider this part again if required.

Easy to install and you can adjust how much water used for long and short flush

Well I ordered this and it didn't turn up for about a week. I rang to ask if they could trace it and it was held by the delivery company as our house is hard to find. Flush King were very apologetic and said they would send out another which arrived the next day. Very good customer service which is always satisfying. Good product too.

Products seem fine but delivery was not great. First of all the site said it would be next day but as I missed the cut off by 2 minutes this was not then the case although the site did not warn me of this. Then the delivery ended up coming to my home address rather than the address I had put on the order. No idea how this happened and no response from Flushking when I emailed them. Poor service unfortunately.
