Love it! I ordered the seagull shaped outdoor light for a memorial garden I am creating on the ocean's edge. I love the symbolism of it, the whimsy, but I am also really impressed by the excellent quality of the piece. It's beautiful. Thank you.

First of all I just want to say that you all have incredible modern lighting options and choices within those options. I really like how easy you all have made the experience and also the timeliness of delivery on previous orders. Thank you and I can not wait to get all my light up on all my commercial properties. Website was easy to use, gave a very good visual and physical description of the item and the various size options available.

All good except one fixture has grey mark on it and needs to be replaced? Please advise on how to go about this issue?

I liked the products, images and specs. The one issue I had was selecting a down rod color. I easily selected the size, but was never able to select the color I needed. I completed the order on a mobile phone. I emailed the customer service link immediately after ordering to notify them of of the down rod issue.

Your style was exactly what we were looking for. We will be purchasing more!

Appears to be an excellent price and website was easy to navigate. I will know more once the fan is received. The only thing I did not realize is that my credit card was an an international (Asia) transaction which explains the long time to process order at 7 to 10 days before shipping..

I was contacted right away by one of their kind and knowledgeable support staff, who quickly answered all my questions. It was with this type of customer service, that was the deciding factor with my purchase. I’m looking forward to receipt of one of their beautiful ceiling lights; and am hopeful it will arrive soon.
