As long as urja dealt with me, all was great. Then the so called other sales advisors reached out at 6-7 am in the morning with 0 self awareness and talent. sitting in India they think they can call whoever they want whenever they want with no consequences. Have made a bbb complaint.

I am amazed at her follow up and email communication. The payment procedure is too complicated and full of paranoid considerations. I decided to buy tickets only because of one of the staff, Rythm Thakur's helpful service. I will NOT be a customer again unless the payment procedure changes.

I had to go through various changes to find out a deal that best fits my need. Ashish Dhiman is truly an asset in your customer service team who kept lot of patience while working with me, had been very courteous throughout our multiple conversations from the time I started talking with him. He is equally knowledgeable and clearly understands what customer needs. Not only he tried helping me with providing various options, he also kept on the top of it and followed up with me very closely to make sure I don't miss right deal. All my kudos go out to Ashish Dhiman and am wishing him great success in his career ahead.

They charged twice on my card and one charge was sitting in pending status for 12 days and when I reached out to them they asked me to wait patiently for 48-72 hours. I called my card company and they confirmed that merchant had to cancel to drop the pending charges. 2 tickets of $6800 worth. It ate away my credit limit for 12 days for nothing. I have business to this company 4 times in the last 5 years. I highly doubt I will use their services. I found cheaper than them but just because I have my word to Michael kors I waited for him to start his shift to give my business and ended up paying $400 more and went thru this hassle.whole all this drama is going on this rep never bothered to give me even a courtesy call. Called me many times unnecessarily when I am in my work meetings before the sale. Not a single call after!! Such a shame!!
His supervisor promised me to get back to me with better options for my layover time and it’s been 3 weeks and no response.

I will not use this company anymore to purchase my air tickets!

Booked a flight from Canada to India. First the ticket we paid for they said it had the wrong price and charged us 300 to 400 more dollars. Then asked if we wanted to make it a flexible ticket. We said ok paid extra for that and now when we want to change the day they want 360 extra for the date change. This site is a scam. No help at all. The worst experience. We had to call 2 times just for this. I can get more cheaper tickets right now from what we paid for. The worst experience ever. Never coming back here ever.
