Scrivo una recensione perché voglio tranquillizzare tutti quelli che, leggendo prima le recensioni della compagnia, rischiano di farsi pare per il nulla.
Volo bergamo-dubai-zanzibar e viceversa, orario perfetto sempre, personale gentile, cibo servito ad ogni tratta con bevande incluse, valigie non perse, check-in semplice online fatto pure da zanzibar con una connessione infernale. Avevo anche l’ansia dell’intrattenimento, ma gli aerei erano nuovi e il computerino aveva gratis la musica e i giochi, i film ovviamente erano a pagamento ma non penso sia una cosa cosí rara.
Unica pecca i sedili che sono davvero stretti, per un volo lungo che supera le 5 ore si sta scomodi, ma questa cosa la avevo immaginato essendo una compagnia low cost.
Magari siamo stati fortunati, ma con questa tratta abbiamo preso questi aerei 4 volte e, scomodità a parte, siamo sempre stati bene

I traveled on Flydubai flight FZ550 and was very disappointed with the experience. The food was not good — the standard meal was only a vegetable option, and when we asked for chicken, the crew said it was not available. The seats were uncomfortable throughout the journey, and the flight was also delayed without proper updates or explanation.

I hope Flydubai improves their meal service, seat comfort, and communication with passengers in the future

The staff was generally helpful and patient. Which made for great customer service. I have travelled to many destinations with flydubai their staff , facilities, food hygiene and service are excellent! Great variety of entertainment options available. We provide a good service beginning with the booking process and ending with the collection of baggage.

So, the best is a staff that is really friendly. Check in was hassle-free, the flydubai Business Lounge was excellent. on flights with time. Food quantity and quality are also rather good. Travelling many times by flydubai to and from Colombo / Dubai, I observed that. their services were always excellent. Although it will be somewhat expensive for this business class sector, the services you are getting will be well worth the cost.

Terrible Airline. I paid to upgrade to Business Class, still they would not allow me to access Business Class Lounge. Gate staff very rude and unhelpful. Terrible food in business class.

Flew with Flydubai last month and unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal.

Check-in was chaotic, with long lines and slow service. Boarding was delayed, which was frustrating. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for a short flight, making it hard to relax. The cabin felt noisy, and while the staff tried to be polite, they seemed rushed and inattentive at times.

For a budget airline, I expected some compromises, but overall this felt below standard. I’m unlikely to fly with them again unless there’s no alternative.

flying FlyDubai is seriously awesome! From start to finish, it's a great experience. The flight attendants are super nice and helpful, and getting on the plane is quick and easy.
Even in economy, you've got plenty of room to stretch out, which is a big plus. The movies and shows are top-notch, and the food is actually good for airplane food. Plus, your bags come out fast when you land. Seriously, FlyDubai is amazing they have got great service, comfv seats, and fun entertainment. Definitely a great airline to fly with!

Service was good it was a trip for a family emergency. The reservation was made online one day before the trip. The check-in process went smoothly and the representative was friendly and helpful taking into account the passengers seat preference…. Food served was okay and flight was on time

La pire compagnie aérienne que j'ai pu prendre, leur politique bagages est une vraie arnaque, nourriture, boisson... Bref tout est fait et conçu pour vous prendre un maximum d'argent... Au total il vaut mieux prendre Ethiad ou Qatar, ça revient moins cher et c'est plus confortable...

Flew from Dubai to Zanzibar and back with FlyDubai and both flights were nothing short of horrific.
On the flight from Dubai we had to sit on the tarmac for 45 minutes in 40°C heat and the cabin got so hot people were sweating and feeling nauseous. The cabin crew said once we were airborne the cabin temperature would reduce which it did, just not very much. It was the hottest flight I have ever been on, I had sweaty dripping off of me for 5 hours, the seats are uncomfortable with no reclining ability.
On our way back the same issue occured with the cabin becoming unbearably hot once airborne, accompanied by being served hot food, this made for a very uncomfortable flight and making me wish for the hellish experience to end.

Not at all impressed by this airline. We flew with them from Dubai to Mombasa and return and were disappointed in the attitude of the cabin crew. Not one of them managed a smile and actually they were rude and surly. No greetings, no please or thank you and the service onboard was appalling. Just one tiny bottle of water in a 5 hour flight. Totally unacceptable. Where was a drinks service ? They don’t even give you fresh(or UHT) mile for tea. Instead they expect you to use coffee creamer. We also few with Emirates on this trip and they were excellent - the total opposite. Fly Dubai need to take lessons from Emirates. Fly Dubai are worse than the worst of the European budget airlines and we will avoid them completely in the future. The CEO needs to read these poor reviews and take immediate action

Bardzo dobra linia, wbrew stereotypom, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o techniczne aspekty lotu i jego komfort oraz spokój.

It’s not just a bad or very bad experience. It’s something outstandingly awful and I don’t know how and when I will be able to overcome this situation. They have treated me like a criminal on board. I try to gain some justice now, writing emails and reporting things to authorities. Flight FZ990, 30.09.2025 - cabin crew and captain really failed to follow the instructions they have.

An excellent airline for travel. During the Eid holidays in March, we took a flight from Dubai to Sofia and back. Great screens with lots of in flight entertainment options excellent food service and comfortable bit reclining seats make the flight an ideal experience. We paid a fair price for the ticket especially since I reserved the exit row seats for extra room

I’ve flown with flydubai in both business and economy. No matter the cabin, the service shines. Crew members are courteous, attentive and warm. The spacious aircraft create comfort, making every journey smooth and enjoyable. As a frequent traveler, I leave each trip feeling satisfied and eager for the next.

Horrible price gouging policies with this airline, charging us $800 for small luggage check-in - I don't know how they can get away with scams like these. Buyer beware. Customer service did nothing to resolve the issue despite repeating concerns several times.

Worst airline. Does not even comes close to understanding what customer means. The KHI airport supervisor - A. Usama Khan was a real jerk. Instead of acting like a supervisor, he was played the role of scamming money from the passengers.

I have traveled over 2 million miles as part of my business and leisure travels, and I must say that I have never come across a worst airline customer service at the airport operations level. I have finally boarded my flight and I hope that I will be able to reach my destination with my luggage. Attaching his picture to warn others.

Dubai-Krabi. Flydubai ist eine Tochtergesellschaft von Emirates, hat aber vom großen Prestige der Mutterfirma nichts abbekommen. Der Service ist absolut rudimentär, das bedeutet, man bekommt einen Sitzplatz und darf die Toilette kostenlos benutzen. Wenn man kein Essen dazu gebucht hat, dann gehen die Stewardessen mit einem Rollwagen durch und verkaufen Snacks und Getränke gegen Geld. Es gibt keine Decken und kein kostenloses Entertainment, auch keine Kopfhörer, weswegen man sich selbst was zur Beschäftigung mitnehmen muss oder die ganze Zeit nur in den viel zu kleinen Sitzen rumhocken darf. Wirklich freundlich ist das Personal auch nicht, wenn man sie mal zu Gesicht bekommen hat, nachdem das Essen eine Stunde nach Start verteilt war.
