is the company going bankrupt..?
It was my first time booking with flydubai and I must say, they have the worst website experience ever. They also have no real customer service.
A general email query takes over a week to respond and even then the response was basically "I don't know. We are busy. Please visit or call our travel shops."
Their travel shops have a dozen numbers and all of them waste your time and money with automated recordings and HANGS UP itself after few minutes of no agent picking it up.
Additionally, they change the times and dates often and issue the refund upon cancellation with their own voucher. No cash refund.
It seems this middle eastern company is going bankrupt. I will never use these scummy thing ever.
Resposta da FLY DUBAI VISA
Dear Customer,
We’re sorry to hear about the experience described in your review. However, we would like to clarify that the concerns mentioned in your review do not relate to our company or the services we provide.
We are a visa service provider, and we do not operate "flydubai" flights or handle airline bookings, flight schedule changes, refunds, vouchers, or flydubai’s customer service. The issues described in your review therefore appear to concern a different company.
We have also checked our records and have not received any email, complaint, or service request from you regarding these concerns. We always aim to provide prompt service and remain in regular communication with our clients throughout the visa process. Our team is always available to assist our clients and address any genuine concerns they may have.
We are always open to genuine feedback, but it is important that reviews are directed to the correct business so that customers are not misled. A review about another company’s services can unfortunately create an inaccurate impression of our business and the experience of our clients.
If you have used our visa services and believe there is an unresolved issue, we would genuinely be happy to look into it. Please share your booking/reference number or contact details with us so that we can verify your case and assist you personally.
We kindly request you to check the company profile and, if this review was intended for another business, update or remove the review accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding.
