Flying Colours Flagmakers Ltd Avaliações

Fiona dealt with my initial enquiry and was my contact throughout the whole process. She was excellent in all respects; a pleasure to deal with and, although mine was a very small order, I felt a genuinely valued customer.

During holiday in Scandanavia admired long pennants frequently flown there and subsequently found ad from Flying Colours for similar pennant with St George's Cross. Got advice from them on suitable size for my flagpole and placed order. Unfortunately flag supplied was made from traditional bunting didn't fly properly (twisting like a corkscrew). When I queried this with FC they suggested ironing it! I noticed that it was rigged with toggle and cord, unlike their ad which was streched with a crossbar. I insisted they take the flag back to alter it. After several weeks waiting they returned the same flag with a crossbar. Although it flew better, I still think that bunting is the wrong fabric for this type of flag. Therefore disappointed with product and length of time to (partially) resolve

Went to Flying Colours Flagmakers with an idea to make a bespoke flag.
The team were very accommodating and helpful and now I have the flag I wanted at the best price quoted. Thanks.

I would definitely recommend Flying Colours Flagmakers Ltd highly, and shall be a returning satisfied customer in the future.

I tweaked my design a couple of times and when I ordered it was with me in under a week .. brilliant service .. will be back for more.

Have delivered every time - and usually before the guaranteed deadline.

I contacted Flying Colours asking if they could make a burgee for me that didn't appear in their regular catalogue.

They couldn't have been more helpful - once they knew what I was after, I received a proof via email and a few days later received the flag. The burgee is great and the quality is excellent.

I'd have no problems recommending Flying Colours.

The uploading of my design was quick and simple , they were relay good at managing to fit my image on to my flags, with fixing the image and the sizing of the wording but the payment process was a bit fiddly , I can pt hear well so don't use the phone but In order for me to,pay I had to phone them with my card details which was a bit of a pest , I would have been so much easier if they had a secure set process card payment , it kind of put me off a bit as I was relay happy with ther communication , the it just got fiddly , I might buy agin but The though of having to phone through my card details puts me off . It was realy quick delivery and end product was amazing .

There's not exactly a shortage of flag makers around, but only one company is "By Appointment" and it's easy to see why Flying Colours hold the Royal Warrant. They were on time, on budget and produced some first class flags for us. The service was prompt and the standard of workmanship was high. The company asked sensible questions and gave good advice which helped us decide exactly what it was that we wanted. It's good to know that there are still companies around who can give such first class service.

Very happy with this service nothing was too much and I designed my flags from scratch.
Will be using again very happy
