Toby was the BEST. He went above and beyond helping me get the greatest deal. He didn't have to call me back to follow up with me but he did. I will definitely work with Toby again in the future. So grateful.

To begin the first person to contact me could not get emails from me unless I sent from my phone vs. laptop. He kept finding them in junk later but never made me a safe sender. This prompted him to communicate via phone and via text. Neither are a good form of communication for this work.

When I finally booked flights, the company only had 1 seat left so we had to start over only this time the rep who continued to communicate via text booked my return flight from the wrong city. I unfortunately did not catch this until after going in and paying $190 for seat selection and $172 for flight insurance. I did not know the airport call tags for Rome and Florence which if I had, it would have been caught.

I then reached out to him to correct the problem via text and 4 days later no response so I called him only to be told he was on vacation. He forwarded the problem to customer service who fairly efficiently fixed the flights only now the trip was longer and it cost an extra $462. I continually asked for a phone number to call this person so we could talk because he would not answer my questions. He provided a fake phone number on his profile and 4 requests later it became apparent he did not intend to give me a phone number.

When asking about seating, I was told the initial $190 seat selection fee paid would be applied only to find out when the tickets had been issued this was a lie. I could not get a reimbursement for the $172 insurance which i had to re-buy at $200 this time. (I am amending this statement as I was contacted by a manager who did apologize and refunded the second fee of $200). This did help my disposition toward Fly Luxury at least they were not cheating me on 2 insurance bills. I was provided a seating chart and a fee structure for new flights. only to be told by a 3rd rep that was an incorrect chart and the seat assignment ended up being no charge but that was only because the carrier changed not because they tried to be a good partner.

I must have had over 75 communications with their team and I have never felt they gave a damn about their error or making good on it. Not to mention there was a tipping fee paid to the original issuer of the wrong flights of several hundred dollars which I would love to have reversed.

I would say buyer beware this is a lousy operation to work with and expect to get all kinds of additional fees and no accountability from Fly-Luxury.com

Despite Fly Luxury coming back and making me whole on the double billing of insurance. I still cannot in good conscious improve their rating. It did at least make me feel they are NOT a scam. However if I did not write this review, pretty sure I would be out the $200 bucks. The service was poor at best and overall I probably could have done all this for the same price I paid them without 1/2 of the headaches.

Felix was so helpful and friendly. He found what I needed and got it booked within the same day. I highly recommend this agency and service when looking for the perfect flight for your travel needs. It has been an awesome experience and made the booking process ten times easier. No stress, no mess. Wonderful.

Tyler was extremely patient and tried to answer all of our questions . We are new to this service and are excited to be able to travel in comfort over such a long haul flight .

Marcus did an outstanding job finding and arranging a set of tickets for far less money than I could have bought those same tickets directly on United.com. Follow up was spot on, I highly recommend, and will be sending future booking to them.

Drake made the process very simple for a first time user. Then small adjustments, like seat assignment changes he took care of promptly.
