Alex was EXCELLENT!
Alex was so helpful! He was patient and willing trade texts back and forth to find an ideal flight. I felt like we were working as a team. He was quick to reply and was never pushy. I'm grateful to have had his amazing help! I highly recommend!

Abby Carter did a great job working with me and my wife to figure out best itinerary for travel to SYD and DTJ airports for our trip in March 2027. We are looking forward to the trip now that Abby helped us navigate the travel plan. Will recommend to others for sure.

First Time User and They Were Great! Tom was excellent.
Tom did a great job for us arranging some difficult tickets across the South Pacific and New Zealand. The prices were very good and he made it easy. He was polite, diligent and stayed on top of the flights. He got us a very good price for everything and checked out several alternatives for us that would have saved a little money (we turned those down for convenience, but at least he looked).

Gloria fixed all of my mistakes and there were a few
I made a few mistakes in booking . Like the wrong date to arrive and booked for the wrong arrival city, like a different arrival and a different departing city. But Gloria worked to make everything work out! Can't ask for more. She found great alternatives that worked out better then i f I did it correctly the first time.

A few bumps on my first experience, but we got there
Overall, I had a positive experience with FlyLuxury. Once we aligned on airports, flights, ticketing, and invoicing, the customer service was great. A little more transparency upfront about the process and how FlyLuxury is able to offer lower rates would make the experience even better.
I’m giving three stars this time because the transaction required more time and credits than booking directly with the airlines, although the total cost was more competitive.
Let's hope this trip to Japan runs smoothly now.
I’m confident the next experience will be five stars.
