Logan was very prompt in sending various quotes, and when we finally chose one, and had concluded the check out, Logan went ahead and sent us a better option that was better than the one we had chosen; so he proceeded to cancel the original booking, and we rebooked the new one. He went beyond his duty, as we had already booked a flight, and provided a better one to meet our needs.
