If you want to waste money, use this service. Absolutely not worth. The suggested flights are not significantly cheaper, but you pay a service fee. Don't use this service, it's a fraud!

I contacted Flystein for an intercontinental flight, giving them not much time flexibility and very short notice. They did find the same flight I found with small difference in price, and at that point they reverted the fees I had paid. To me, they seem reliable and with good work ethic. I will definitely recur to them again in the future.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de faire des scandales mais je tiens à signaler mon mécontentement. Mon conjoint a fait appel aux services de Flystein fin octobre. Nous souhaitions deux billets Lyon-Melbourne avec bagage en soute + bagage cabine, aller simple. Il a envoyé le lien du billet à concurrencer. Un des conseillers lui a trouvé effectivement moins cher.

Mon conjoint a demandé par hasard, le poids du bagage en soute : il était de 20 kg contre 30 kg pour les billets que nous avions trouvés ! Nous avons fait l'erreur de ne pas demander le poids du bagage cabine : 7 kg contre 12 kg (que nous avons découvert en cliquant sur le lien !).

Pas étonnant que le prix était plus compétitif (env. 100 euros par personne). Mais ce serait bien de proposer des équivalents non ? Nous avons perdu nos 40 euros, et bien sûr nous n'avons pas réservé via le lien. Ces bagages sont trop légers pour un voyage d'au moins un an.

Mon conjoint a demandé un remboursement, avec pour preuve de bonne foi, un screenshot de nos billets achetés (différents de ce que votre conseiller a proposé). Évidemment refusé.

Je suis très déçue de ce service. Autant vous dire que je n'y reviendrai pas.

Vor Jahren 1 mal genutzt und positives Ergebnis gehabt. Jetzt wieder genutzt und vom miesen Service komplett enttäuscht. Experte war unfreundlich und unverschämt. Keine Antworten auf meine Mails, doppelt abgebuchte Kosten. Ein besserer Flug wurde zwar gefunden, aber die eher winzige Einsparung wurde durch den Ärger komplett aufgefressen. Nie wieder Flystein.

Es erfolgte weder in 4, 8 und auch in 24 Stunden keine Reaktion. Die Gebühr wurde jedoch abgebucht. Finger weg!

Tried this out since Flightfox is now targeted towards corporate travel. Was worried about this being a scam.
I submitted 3 Beat My Price and got 1 that beated my price by around $80. Which after the fees meant I saved around $40. The expert gave me a Google Flights link to book it. However this flight was 6 hours longer than the one I found. You need to mention ALL the flight conditions (like max flight time, where to/not to transit, luggage or no luggage, etc) or else they will still charge you.
There are 15% and 10% coupon codes easily found online too.
For my other 2 flights, they couldn't find anything cheaper and only got the refund after 3 working days (too long!!!).

Appalling. I received two emails, one welcoming me and telling me how wonderful they were. The second asked me if I was a student. Total waste of time and money I’m afraid. Stick with Skyscanner......

I found a great deal to Tokyo thanks to the Flystein insiders group. I would recommend them for your next flight :)

Am Ende habe ich wegen eines Fehlers bei der Presieingabe mehr bezahlen müssen, als ohne Flystein. Ich hatte mich bei der Preiseingabe vertan und einen höheren Betrag angegeben, als mein Flug im Link eigentlich kostete. In der Beschreibung und dem Link hatte ich aber den richtigen, günstigeren Preis des Fluges genannt. Mir wurde dann derselbe Flug angeboten, den ich selber schon gefunden hatte. Verständnis oder Kulanz gab es keine, der "Flugexperte" ziemlich unhöflich und die Gebühr musste ich bezahlen. Es gab noch zwei andere Flug-Optionen, die aber zu wirklich blöden Bedingungen gewesen wären (z.B. hätten wir ein Visum für Indien für einen Zwischenstopp von 5 Stunden beantragen sollen).

Zuerst: Webseite ist schlecht programmiert. Nach dem Login waren alle eingegeben Daten weg. Nervig.
Dann: Erster Flug war teurer (!) als mein eigens rausgesuchter Flug. Zweiter hätte mir 14 Euro gespart, ging aber leider nicht wegen der Zeit. Dritter Flugvorschlag hätte ebenfalls 14 Euro gespart, war aber nach 4 Stunden weg. Außerdem war alles unter sehr schlechten Gesamtkonditionen (Übernachtung am Militärflughafen mit extra Kosten). Nach 18 Tagen immer noch keine Flüge. Dann habe ich den "Experten" wieder deutlich unterboten. Würde nicht wieder zu Flystein gehen. Habe letztlich nach etwas Wartedauer mein Geld zurückbekommen.

It was an easy "flight" but David was fast and reliable. Definitely a "concierge service"
The business idea behind their work is fascinating: flights agency most of the time book what you suggest them, they don t really look for savings because they will earn less
Flystein charge the customer a fixed amount so who cares about delivering a cheaper tickets !
I will use their service again and "better not to spread the voice too much" !!!!!!!

Vlad helped me with my Asia tickets, he was very accomodating and patient, always looking for that extra dollar off (I saved $600 with a combination of miles and his service). Their web system is very straight forward, with chat functionality and quick responses. Recommended.

The Flystein team manage to take my crazy travel requirements (then, not then, not on those airlines, but I want to go there too, but maybe only then) and turn them into comfortable itineraries a lot cheaper than I could find them myself.

Era la primera vez que probaba este servicio porque necesitaba encontrar vuelos baratos para viajar a mi país en verano con mi pareja. Me preguntaron un par de detalles para afinar la búsqueda y al poco tiempo me encontraron una combinación que yo no había encontrado y que me ahorraba más de 200 euros por persona! Total, que unos 400 y pico euros nos ahorraron! Un montón de dinero que ha sido la diferencia entre poder viajar o no. Así que cumplieron por encima de mis expectativas :) Pienso usarlo en cada viaje largo que haga. Os lo recomiendo!
