Invested 20 k lost 3.5 k in the space of a month. They changed the platforms and keep saying things like small changes are needed to get back to the gains.
I started on 15oct, I reached out to initiate on 14th Nov for the 45 day money back refund and I was informed that the 45 day money back would be reinitiated due to the platform change.

Then on the 12th of December I was not happy with the new platform and decided to exercise the option, here is the response from the CEO

“Because your 45-Day No Questions Asked Money-Back Refund expired on November 28th, 2024 and did not let us know in the 45 day period, then the only back up is continuing the 12-Month License Fee Recovery guarantee which is still in place and is active till October 14th, 2025

As Isaac mentioned, unfortunately regarding James comment on extending the 45 day guarantee was outside the scope of the agreement and not authorized.

Your account should be showing gains for Dec as all accounts are synced and the tweaks have been made. Some tweaks can only be made when they happen.”
The company works in bad faith and the CEO Tom Adams will not honour agreements made by their staff that he is responsible for.

I don’t believe this is an attractive proposition to provide financial services.

Unfortunately the platform recommended by FN capital, as per the email dated 22 Oct, had execution failure. This was one of the recommended platforms where the AI software supposedly was compatible.
The generous 45 day guarantee is for something that was initiated from the beginning, the continued faith after a platform change initiated by FN capital had triggered the 45 day guarantee as communicated by James Caufield (who was also the same person onboarding me). This is bad faith and not within the model as described in the reply!

I wish I could give zero stars, do not invest your money with this company their amateurs they have no idea what they’re doing. I lost 75% of my money in six weeks. I could continue to tell you how horrendous this company is do not invest. I asked for my money back for the software and they said not a chance end of story

Been in for a few months, and it's all downhill, big promises, bigger drawdown. Thought with their smart program big drawdowns would o happen, but I was wrong. Don't settle for less. If I had put all that money I lost here into primeeightt,com I would be looking at a six figure portfolio now. Only company I have used with no wild wild swings, no excuses, just steady growth and real results.

I trusted these guys. They seemed to have it together, but within the first 30 days of paying my license fee, I woke up to a horrific moment. My account had plummeted to a 40% drawdown and was now in a margin call. I reached out to FN Capital and requested they turn off buying so I can prevent blowing this account. They told me no problem and then it kept on buying in enormous lot sizes of 40+. I requested again to turn off buying and they said it was and yet again the buying continued. I requested one more time and I closed out some trades to protect the remaining value of the account. I entered some manual tp to attempt to recoup some of my losses and then FN capital still closed out my positions after asking them 3 times to turn off autotrading. This resulted in a 33% loss. I was told they were going to adjust the bot to conservative until they figured their issues out and within 2 days a almost repeat event happened. The bot was not placed conservative by any means. It closed out for a small loss luckily but then it seemed to place random large manual trades which ended up being another 6ish% loss for the day. I have now lost roughly $60k and had to move the money out of my account to ensure they weren't going to keep trading it without my permission. Unfortunately personal accounts were admitted by the company to not perform the same as the advertised main account. Personal accounts have taken losses where the main account shows a perfect winning streak. I expected a 1:1 copy trade as I was told. As with the other recent reviews I also lost 7 grand from buying the program and another 10 grand in the trades.
I should have listened to the advice of another company that warmed me about them and Ox securities!!

I lost 20K---Sharing my experience:

I am an American veteran and invested in this in hopes of making money instead I lost.

July 2024-I talked to James
My expectation and understanding as shared:
(You get average 5% of interest gain per month)
-I joined and paid 9,995 for the program/algorithm
-I meet with the CEO Isaac afterwards: it was shared with me that there is multimillion dollars of investments and my understanding millions of safety net for losses.
-I wired 20K and got 19.4 K into my account at Envifx (Fees to get the money in the Envi account)
Since then I only lost money since day 0 and kept telling Isaac CEO that update and the response was to be patient while they fix an error.

-August 2024- Continues losing money was down to 9K
-September 2024- Lost and now at 3.6K

The people at FN capital asked that they would make it right and I was asked to wait few months. After few months Nothing changed and they have been unresponsive. When I first started they were helpful and prompt in setting up the account and responsive in getting you started but after money loss my experience have not been the same. They did refund the program of 9,995. But still at 16.5K loss total.

Invested 20K and ended up with 3.644K

-it was explained a system/broker error. There was no option to reimburse the lost 20K even when the loss was from the error.

I was told there was a pool to make up for the loss and give back the money to what was lost. I waited 1.5 months to see that nothing changed and did not receive the amount I lost.

Overall, my advice DO NOT INVEST in this. If anyone filing a class action, please reach out to me as well.

Their motto is "Transforming dreams into financial reality", well it is more like transforming dreams into a financial nightmare! The trading algo dropped significantly, nearly 40% of my account was wiped out in a single day. The owner and lead developer got on a call with me and persuaded me to stay the course. Within a few weeks the account was in the positive only to take another steep drop. At this point, they said they manually cleared the queue, which was not part of the trading plan at all. Ever since then, my account was dwindled to about a 3rd of the initial investment. This company is going nowhere, so I reached out for the refund, and they said they weren't going to honor the “double guarantee” that is still on their website. I will be looking for the class action lawsuit against them.

In a little over 3 weeks my account has increased by nearly 5% already. Looking forward to seeing even more growth with only monitoring from my end. Communication and customer service is very responsive so far.

I think James has been a great guide through what has been some unfamiliar territory for me regarding trading with an algorithm. When I was withdrawing money from my bank, they were uncooperative. But James and the team were patient and gave me the information and credentials the bank needed to get my account set up quickly. I really appreciate James and FN Capital for having the patience to guide me through this. My account is already growing!

I was super skeptical about this, James was patient and explained the process to me several times until I felt secure enough to take the chance. I don’t regret it and I really appreciate James for taking the time to help me make my initial purchase. Thanks so much guys!!

I absolutely enjoy looking on Mondays to see how much my account has grown. I only put on the min amount to start. And have been surprised at my return..it's only been a few months. 10,829.00 so far. I STARTED IN JUNE 2024. with just under 10k because of fees. I will review again in December 2024.

OK - I have put off doing this review until after 3 months. I am very pleased with my investments thru FN Capital. The algorithm has produced really nice profits. I was told 3% a month. I have so far gotten more. Somedays, many days nothing or almost nothing as the algo watches. Then other special days 1% to 3+ in one day. Even a day in double digits ? Amazing. After 3 months I am now in the process of doubling the amount of investment into this account. Looking forward to continued success using the algorithm that FN Capital is using for us. I have been connected to the algorithm for three months and my returns have ranged between 09 and 12%, which is amazing. I like that it is very easy to withdraw my returns and be in control of my money. For someone who had never invested in a similar algorithm, the team makes everything a very simple process. I am glad I made this good decision.

Great service and great people involved. Appreciate the entire FN Capital team for making the set up of my account very smooth. I have tested out other algorithms in the past and lost money in many of them so it’s nice to see a great algo being used on extremely reputable brokers.
