There was an IT problem which delayed our report. However, the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and efficient, which more than made up for the delay. Would use this company again.

Focus360energy.co.uk has ceased trading. Their SAP surveyor contacted me to say he had not been paid for months and therefore would not be completing my job, for which I paid in full. It seems this company just takes people’s money and subcontracts the work without paying them, then closes the company down, probably to start up again under a different name. Avoid at all costs.

Really slow. Communication non existent. Ended up requesting a refund as just unbelievably bad service.

An urgent job took far too long to complete; no feedback as requested. Glacial.

Have signed up to verious reports and certificates, and received a couple of emails and requests for info early on, since when it has been impossible to get hold of and talk to the surveyor Will, to the point where I'm seriously wondering if I've hooked up to a fraudulent operation who have taken £700 of my money!

Have not yet provided my SAP assessment. Very efficient at taking my money up front, completely unresponsive ever since. Quoted 7 to 10 days to get my report, over a month and counting and still nothing. Tried to get in touch, left 6 messages and multiple call back requests through the portal to no avail. Avoid at all costs.

Eventually got a SAP Report but way over the agreed time frame and zero contact about delay. Made multi attempts to make contact during this process and get an update via email and telephone, but no one would return my calls. Yes I eventually got a report but the whole process was stressful because I was worried I’d never get one.

On 3rd June after raising concerns about previous feedback I had read regarding the time it took for them to provide the required certification, Will assured me they no longer used the engineer responsible for this, so I paid for them to conduct an Air Pressure test and an As Built EPC. The EPC came quite quickly. The Air pressure test was done on the 22nd June. 3 weeks later I still do not have the certificate despite the engineer providing the information to 360 on the 23rd June. I have called, emailed, text messaged and left voicemails for Will, Sam and Harriet. NOTHING ! They knew this project was time sensitive to ensure I adhered with Building Regs timelines. I'm sorry to say I cannot recommend these people. At first Will came across as being super helpful. Very frustrating and now having to take them to court to reclaim my money !

I found Will and the rest of the Focus team were helpful, approachable and efficient when undertaking the reports and surveys required to meet the goal EPC set for several new build dwellings we were developing. The team also undertook Part Gs, Air Tests, Extraction Testing and Part O calculations.

We have used Focus for several projects now and will continue to use Focus as peer of our professional team on future projects.

My experience with Focus 360 Energy Limited has been wholly unsatisfactory and raises serious concerns about their business practices.

I instructed them on 27 January on the basis of a clearly stated 7 working day turnaround. This deadline was not met, and despite repeated chasing, I received no meaningful updates or confirmed delivery date. This failure caused avoidable delay and placed me under significant pressure with the local authority.

I was subsequently given explicit assurances that the report would be completed on specific dates. These assurances were not honoured. I was later informed that the matter had been mishandled internally and reassigned, which only compounded the delay and demonstrated a lack of proper oversight.

Following my formal complaint, I was expressly offered compensation in recognition of the delays and inconvenience caused. This offer has not been fulfilled. Despite multiple attempts to follow this up via email and telephone, my communications have been ignored.

On that basis, I consider that:

The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe
Commitments made to resolve the issue (including compensation) have not been honoured
Communication has been consistently poor and unprofessional

The offer of compensation now appears to have been made without any genuine intention of fulfilment, which is extremely concerning.

I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

The team, and Will Higgins in particular, were so helpful when I called. My application for retrospective building regs had stalled and I needed a heat loss calculation for the council surveyor. I was in the process of selling my property and this could have held things up significantly. Will explained everything (more than once!) and also assured me that Focus 360 Energy wouldn't let me go to the expense of getting the calculation done unless I was actually able to obtain the required building regs. He has supported me through the entire building regs application process - something I was very grateful for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

This company is very efficient at taking your money. This is the only thing that they do well.

Since paying 100% of the money upfront our experience has been awful. Our first appointment for a sound assessment was missed. The Focus360 surveyor didn’t turn up, no phone call, just left us waiting at the property for hours. We had to arrange access to a neighbours house as part of the test, they were also massively inconvenienced.

Eventually were we contacted by Will at Focus360 and given another appointment date for a week later.

The sound test was carried out nearly a month ago and we have heard nothing from Will at Focus. He has completely ignored all calls and messages. Their office staff do take calls but are clearly just fobbing us off when they say they will chase Will.

Nearly seven weeks since paying our fee, we are still waiting for our certification from Focus360. It is the last piece of paperwork needed to complete our renovation project. It is holding up building control sign off, preventing us from moving a tenant in and therefore costing us money in terms of missed potential rent.

I would avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other companies around that can offer the same service, go to one of them.

Did exactly what was required however a bit slow to respond to enquiries although this was very minor in the scheme of things.

They were great. Offered to price match other quotes on every service I needed, and made it all happen quickly. Also made sure to help make life easy when it came to uploading relevant information. Will went the extra mile and offered to help with the building regs process beyond the scope of the services I paid for.
