Focus have managed all our utility contracts over 14 sites for several years, making renewals seamless and stress free. Danny is super efficient and always goes the extra mile to sort out any issues that crop up from time to time. No hesitations in recommending Focus!

Fiona spoke to the right people, in the right places, at the right times and knew exactly what rules and regulations had not been followed and got us out of a very difficult situation. She was extremely helpful, very professional and its very rare these days to find people who put customer service at the top of their priorities list, rather than just getting an extra contract signed off for as much commission as possible.
