My shoes were a bit on the big side, and I also felt the part that buckles in was very long and they looked wierd. They had no problem with exchanging and sending me a perfect fit pair. I'm 100% satisfied.

I emailed you guys. Rafael was so kind in answering back my questions. We were looking for sizes that were not available in the page. He helped us and we got what we needed. The shipping was good and we tried the skirts. They are so beautiful and the material is so soft. We are happy we our purchases.

Very happy so far
So far, it’s been an outstanding experience. My wife ordered flamenco shoes for her and boots me. She is very happy with her shoes. Initially, my boots didn’t fit and I had to return them, but the return process was easy Raphael, the founder, was quick to respond and very friendly. I am still waiting for the return process to complete so we will see how that goes. I did order a larger pair of boots and perhaps there could be some additional information about proper sizing on the website. The boots were shipped quickly and I am very happy with them. We’ve recommended Folkicks to other members of our class.
