Ordered two Liewood items and they turned up nicely wrapped in pretty paper. Dispatched quickly too. Will use company again

I order two ceramic tea mugs without handles to fit in the slots on my new sofa. Metal cups for tea don’t cut it so I searched online and found this company. They were delivered quickly and the products were well packaged with care and very cute. The mugs are beautiful and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I decided not to give less than three stars because the refund process was easy. ordered a coffee table which was meant to be delivered in 3-5 working days. Weeks later no update so I decided to chase up, after a call or two and having to chase again I get told you have to wait till August due to logistical issues. I accept these issues are out of their hand but better communication was expected. I am sure the coffee table would have been good though.

Ordered a Hubsch mirror and I am very pleased with it. Communications with Katy before buying was extremely prompt and welcoming and was ultimately the reason for our purchase with them.

Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a framed print but the frame looked entirely different from the image online. This was because a stock image had been used. When I contacted customer support, I had to chase for a resolution and ended up having to return the item.

I ordered 2 chairs and a table from these in April 2021. It is now November 2021 and I am still waiting for the table. At the beginning the responses were very slow but now they seemed to have stopped. The cost of the table was £78 and it was paid for back in April.

Folk Interiors are wonderful. They shipped the order super fast and it was packaged with so much care. The personal email from the founder after my purchase was a lovely touch too.

Ordered some Ecofurn chairs from here for the garden, super happy with them. They were also at a lower price than any other seller I’ve seen in the UK and came with the pillows included! Everything arrived in really nice packaging and I had continual updates from Folk interiors about shipping and arrival times. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

I bought some pasta dishes from Folk Interiors and they were well packed, arrived early and are great quality. I also had a small issue and the customer service was excellent with me receiving a response from Katy when she was on holiday! I honestly can't rate them highly enough!

Ordered a marble terrazzo board but it unfortunately came broken. However Folk were very very good with their post purchase service and offered a refund promptly. Can't really fault the service.

I absolutely love this brand. Their product selection is beautifully curated, with excellent quality products. I've ordered a couple of things now and both were dispatched quickly with good communication from the seller and lovely personal touches. The seller even gift wrapped one of the items and included a gift message at my request after I had placed the order. Will definitely be ordering from them again (and again!)

I paid £24 for 4 paper baubles so was expecting premium quality. Upon opening them they look like they have been owned for years. Dirty and ripped around the edges. I immediately contacted by email (twice now) which was ignored. For the last week I’ve been sending Instagram messages which are also ignored (even though they are active on there posting stories!). At a loss as to what to do as they have my money but sent items that are clearly not as advertised which must be against some consumer law.

The wine glasses I bought give the impression they’re designed and manufactured in Copenhagen, and are unique and individually hand blown. When I received them I discovered they were made in China.

Really great website, beautiful things. Happy with my products. Did take 15 days to arrive, without any updates on delivery.

Just discovered this company, lovely products, and great service. The item is beautiful quality, arrived in good time and was wrapped in fully sustainable packaging, with a nice note. Would recommend!
