Smooth processes, everything is clear and easy to navigate.

It works items can be sold, it works.

Thoughtful reminders to relist items for sale. Contact with folksy organisers always productive with sensible advice. Site and organisation always clear, easy to access and artistically presented for all users. Well done Folksy.

There is such a variety of handcrafted goods on Folksy, that you're spoilt for choice! There are gift ideas for every budget. To be honest, I mostly use Folksy to treat myself :)

Made a sale promptly payment very easy to work with

Quick and easy to order with a fantastic range of handmade gifts to choose from

It would be helpful to have everything in one place - check orders against listings. But otherwise it’s ok. Moving away from Etsy to you so it may, in part, be that I’m just getting used to a different procedure. Just seems a lot more clunky. Also, emails on sales come with very tiny type, which is problematic for inclusivity.

I had my first sale on Folksy,Flying Scotsman Birthday card and a Mini Cooper Birthday card from the same customer.

I love the goods I've purchased from artists on Folksy, I highly recommend!

The friendly way it portrays itself, the level of support, relevant information, excellent. What more can I say

I found Folksy (almost by chance) and I am so glad that I did. They were so helpful and answered all my questions - however silly they may have seemed - and did so very promptly. It was their helpful attitude that made me decide to join Folksy for selling.

I also sell on Folksy so I know when I buy from a fellow crafter I'm getting quality.

Easy to set up my new shop, lots of useful info on both the Folksy website and the "Talk Folksy" community pages. Made my first sale last week as a spinoff from Instagram content, Folksy making an effort to get their name better known via social media.

Super seller support, trustworthy ethics and home grown inovation.

This store has an incredible selection of art supplies. From paints and brushes to sketchbooks and canvases, they have everything an artist needs. The quality of the products is outstanding, and their prices are reasonable too.

I did a lot of research before joining FOLKSY. I think their site is right for me. The only thing I felt was missing was a general introduction for newcomers laying out the steps to set up in order, and then allowing some way of checking it was all set up properly before going live.

Easy to navigate site, reasonable pricing when either buying or selling

Folksy is easy to use and a great shop design. I feel very supported by the Folksy team and wider community.

Very efficient
