This started off well but after about 2 months stopped working. I reset all my hashtag and search settings anccording to instructions but it made no Difference. Despite posting regular content I am managing to lose about 10-15 followers a day so it’s been a complete waste of money having paid for an annual subscription that worked for 2 months.

Untrustworthy. One time payment = Lifetime. Plain and Simple. Charge new licenses going forward, or at least a lifetime discount for those who paid under the guise of a one-time payment claim.

Awful experience.
I paid for LIFETIME subscription,and YES THEY MENTIONED IT,but am required to pay a monthly fee now?!?! F*** Off Greedy Bast*rds!
The software barely works,it has some really annoying bugs but their support is even worse.

Total scam. Paid for a lifetime license a few month ago. Now they are requiring a month fee. So, now it does not work any more.

Don't buy this software. I am serious, Is work properly for few weeks, then is stopped working. Contact customer support and is sucks

AVOID!

I tried to upgrade from the normal 1 account version to unlimited on their website. I then noticed they added an additional 10 Euros onto my order which made me not want to upgrade anymore.

I then go back to use the one account license only to notice it is no longer valid. Completely useless and they've essentially scammed me of £60.

The software is mediocre and substandard compared to MassPlanner or other software as they don't even allow automatic posting of photos.

I bought this software for our social media channels. It worked good for 3 weeks, but then it suddenly stopped working. I contacted the company and they told me they were on it (without an ETA...) In the meantime, the software I paid for doesn't work!

I have used followliker, but noticed there are a lot of bugs. Googling the product, I have found a forum(BlackhatWorld) where people reported fatal bugs, making the software useless every few weeks. I wanted my money back, giving this story as argument. It was ignored. After trying to chargeback the amount to my credit card, I was blocked from the software!! Appearantly, you are not allowed to critisize this software in any way or you will be blocked, even though you have paid, the website says the following on this:

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or any other special restrictions determined by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

I have forced a chargeback through my bank and they honored my request, luckily! After I got my money back, Followliker hacked my account (you enter the password directly to the program, instead of logging in through instagram). He tried to change the email of my instagram account. I found out by googling the new email, which clearly stated that it was the property of followliker.

Ik vroeg mijn geld terug (binnen de wettelijke 14-dagen bedenktijd), maar ik werd genegeerd. Ik werd opeens geblokkeerd, want in de algemene voorwaarden staat dat je je niet mag verzetten door middel van een chargeback via je creditcard. Op de website staat:

Belachelijk! Toch heb ik via de ING(die het ook fraude vond) mijn geld geforceerd teruggekregen. Hierna heeft de eigenaar van het product mij gehacked ( hij wist mijn wachtwoord, omdat de software jouw wachtwoord direct opslaat, ipv, dat je inlogt via instagram, zodat alleen instagram je wachtwoord weet). Ik kwam erachter, omdat hij mijn email probeerde the veranderen naar zijn eigen email. Deze mail heb ik gegoogled en deze is gelinked aan zijn product, Followliker
