I don't usually do reviews but here goes. Plain and simple, these guys are pro's! There is a reason why other places come and go and it is obvious at Folsom Bike. I made an appointment online as I had a race coming up and needed a tune up and some new tires. I showed up for the appointment a little after opening time. The man at the service counter put my bike up on the rack immediately and thoroughly looked it over. In addition to the tune up and tires he noticed a couple other items that needed attention. Also unsure of what tire I wanted to go with we talked about what I was looking for and he made a recommendation. I didn't feel rushed through so he could get to his next task instead he patiently explained my options. He gave me a reasonable estimate for professional work and promised my bike before closing that day. A couple hours before close they called that my bike had been complicated. Everything was as promised and the bike and new tires felt great!! With some businesses these days customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but not at Folsom Bike!! I will continue to take my bike to Folsom Bike and recommend others do the same if you want it right. Thank you also to the guys in the back that worked on my bike that I never met, you guys rock!!

Folsom bike is one of the most service oriented groups I have ever worked with. From sales to service they are proactive and informative. They are always responsive to every need and are a pleasure to do business with.

Wilson, Erin and everyone who works at Folsom Bike are very knowledgeable. They answer all your biking questions; and once you purchase your bike, they get you fitted and on your way. Of all the bike shops I have dealt with, they are the most professional. I have purchased an Ebike and road bike from Folsom Bike and couldn't be happier. Definitely five stars!!!!

I have purchased three bikes from Folsom Bike and every experience was beyond my expectations. The staff listens to my needs and helps me find a bike that I will love for many years.

Moved up here recently and Folsom Bike was willing to price match my local bike shop back in Southern California.

I enjoy working with everyone at the shop—retail and repairs. They always give me attention beyond what i deserve.

Everybody was very nice and helpful. They put me on all the bikes I was looking at to make sure I got the right fit. Even after I left and thought I might have made a mistake in sizing they worked with me also. They were the only place anywhere nearby that had the bikes I was looking at. Will definitely be returning

Great customer service, very knowledgeable service staff, and fair prices. I've been going to them since they opened, both in Folsom & El Dorado Hills locations, and definitely feel they are the best bike shop around.

The staff was friendly. They helped me get fitted for the right bike and worked with me on all the other riding gear I needed.

Had some difficulty with an ordered part for a new bike with Folsom Bike. Initially the repair shop was going to order a part that was left off the bike after some modifications were made, but they forgot to order the part, so we followed up a few weeks later. Part was then ordered, and received and installed shortly thereafter. Had an issue with the repair group not initially wanting to adjust the gears on the bike after a reported problem with rubbing on the gears, but they later agreed to do it and made the adjustment. Folsom Bike provided a credit on our account for the inconvenience.

I bought Trek FX2 and have very good experience with purchase as well as bike. They are helpful and give good suggestions on what bike will suit as per your height and features of bikes. That narrows down your search criteria. I have just started biking and Trek FX2 is really nice. I am enjoying it.
