I highly recommend Fone Revive on Gloucester Road for their excellent services. I’ve personally had my iPhone repaired here before, and the experience was great—fast, professional, and good value.

My whole family has also used them over the years for buying, selling, and repairing phones, and they’ve always been reliable. They offer a wide range of services including screen repairs, battery replacements, unlocking, and even buying/selling devices, often with same-day service available.

Overall, it’s a trustworthy local shop with friendly staff and solid service—definitely worth checking out if you need a phone fix or upgrade.

Fone Revive on Gloucester Rd Bristol- took for replacement battery, when returned the screen didn't work.
Went in multiple times to try to sort, but they couldnt without manager there. No responses to emails or texts.
Eventually got response (4 months!) - they gave me a 40% refund for the battery (£25)! Phone now worthless.
Ie they broke my £250 phone and wouldn't fix or compensate properly
Dreadful company.

Very helpfull, whilst giving very useful advice on the best way forward.Would definitely use again.

Absolutely saved the day! I dropped my iPhone and the screen went completely black right before a work trip. I popped into the Fone Revive branch and they had it fixed in under 45 minutes. The staff were professional, the price was very competitive, and my phone looks brand new again. Highly recommend if you need a fast, high-quality repair.

Went into the cosham store with a issue charging my s22+ after the guy looked at my phone 10 mins it was fixed at a very reasonable cost

Very bad experience in fishponds Bristol, phone had a new screen put in and came back with faceID not working and phone was overheating at least two times a day, I went back to find out why this was and was told I have to pay £140 for them to sort the faceID out and wasn’t sure why it was overheating. I asked for a refund as the phone wasn’t useable due to overheating all the time and had to get a new phone and they refused to do so

The shop in Chippenham is excellent and the 2 staff members there are great ! We bought 2 refurbished phones from there last week, they are excellent and they gave us some freebies too which was nice. My battery needed changing today and it was done without issue. The location next to Sports Direct in Chippenham is ideal. Great honest, friendly and professional service !

My handset screen was broken and we took it for repair. Within 24 hours the replacement screen became nonfunctional unfortunately I was away at this time, but attended the shop in Plymouth a few days later to find it shut with no indication as to why, despite all listings showing as being open. The following day I attended again, it was shut. My wife attended the shop and again it was shut. I eventually found them on Facebook and made inquiries. They were unable to assist with my screen issue as the store was shut for repairs or refurbishment they advised they ‘might’ be able to see me to have a look in about two weeks or recommended I made the 80 mile round-trip to the Newquay branch. This is unfeasible and completely unreasonable given the distance and the cost of the actual repair in the first place. I was advised they’d be in contact in the next few days to sort something out. By the fourth day they had not contacted me and so I contacted them again where they continued to be noncommittal about looking at the handset. I needed this phone repaired quickly so I asked for a refund as is my right when goods are fitted faulty giving me the opportunity to have it repaired elsewhere. As you will no doubt be unsurprised their customer services stopped immediately, and I have not seen or heard from them since. No refund has been provided or any attempt to remedy their shoddy workmanship and sub par parts. I found another shop where they replaced my screen with none of the nonsense this excuse for a business caused me. Just avoid them, their demeanor has been as if they are doing me a favour until I requested a refund of £45 and then satisfied they had my cash have ghosted me. I’ve had to cut my losses and accept they have retained my money in questionable circumstances. Went back to the store on the 31st August, it was still shut. Terrible business who have made no attempt to rectify the situation, do yourself a favour, go somewhere else where they will respect your consumer rights, absolute cowboys!

I recently purchased a new mobile from Nick and Daxa at Fone Revive in Eastleigh. They were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, and advised me on the ideal phone for my personal needs, and I am delighted with the Samsung Galaxy A16 they recommended.

Absolutely appalling, I brought my iPad there with a cracked screen so I came back the next week and got my one with a new screen. But when I got home the screen started peeling off and it was blocking the back camera. So I went back the next day and he “repaired it” but the camera still doesn’t work and I just dropped my AirPods onto the screen and it completely smashed so the glass was terrible quality. Avoid this place by all costs!!

Avoid this store at all costs. My stolen iPhone 15 Pro was flagged at this location through Apple’s Find My tracking. Whether they stole it or knowingly bought a stolen device, they are now denying any involvement despite clear location evidence. This raises serious concerns about their business practices — if you’re buying a phone or getting a repair done here, there’s a real risk the parts or devices are stolen.

This is a franchise location, and we are escalating the matter to Fone Revive’s head office. A police report has been filed, and we are providing them with regular updates. Be extremely cautious — this is not a trustworthy place.

I recently had my iPhone 15 Pro Max screen repaired by Fone Revive, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their communication was clear and professional, keeping me updated every step of the way. The service was top-notch—quick, efficient, and my phone looks brand new again! I brought my iPhone to Fone Revive on Church Road, Bristol in November 2024 after it stopped connecting to the internet. Understandably, I was anxious about handing over my phone and password, but the proprietor was friendly, reassuring, and communicated clearly throughout the process. They completed the repair within the same week, at the lower end of the estimated cost. They also offered post-repair support in case the issue returned—but thankfully, everything has worked perfectly since. I’d definitely return if I have any problems in the future. Highly recommended!

Crossgates Arndale shopping centre - I have a Samsung A70, which I've had for over 6 years, I love it, it works for what I need. I dropped it on a bathroom floor, and the charge stopped working. It wouldn't charge at all. I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to use the phone, or that it would cost a fortune with it being an older phone. I was convinced after watching a few YouTube videos that it was my battery. I went into the shop and the guy behind the counter was super helpful. I said what my concerns were, and he advised it was very likely the cable port if the issue is with the charger. I was adamant it was going to be the battery, or thought they might say its both, to make more money from me. The guy advised to try changing the cable port first. So he did this for me. After a few days I noticed it was taking forever to charge up, taking over 8 hours to get it to fully charge. So I went back in the shop and he said he would get another cable port to try, at no extra cost. So I took it back once he had it and he let me sit and wait whilst he fixed it. Gave me some advice on the phone too. I also witnessed him help out another person while I was waiting, who had an issue with using his screen on his phone. He seemed so relieved that it was fixed. The guy who worked there also gave the guy a discount on a screen protector and phone cover. I would definitely recommend this shop as I feel like they know what they are doing, and definitely felt like a valued customer so will defo go back anytime I need something now. Good to know there are still some good helpful people out there

Nikhil at the Eastleigh branch could not have provided a better service, he sorted an issue with my laptop in minutes and his rates were unbelievably reasonable. Also very professional, personable service. Very happy to recommend.
