This company hasn’t paid me my royalties for 2 years now, ignoring my dozen emails until I was in their words “dramatic”. Instead of fixing the problem I was met with gaslighting and arrogance.

This company takes advantage of brand new authors, recruiting us off social media. Then fails to get our books in local bookstores (many bookstores have told me they’ve tried multiple attempts to get my book in their shop with horrible communication) and not paying us. What a huge regret working with this company.

Purchased a book after seeing an advertisement on line. Became concerned when after 3 weeks it had not arrived. Contacted the company using its online form asking for an update on the book, automated reply saying some would respond. No further contact online.
Googled a phone number which they don’t advertise on the contact info.

Rang on 3 occasions and spoke with a gentleman who came across as indifferent and promised to call back with an update. My final call was to ask for a refund. On the whole a poor attitude to customer service electronically and when speaking on the phone. I certainly won’t make another purchase from this vendor.
