My respected brothers and sisters please for the sake of allaah avoid this place I have had the most worse and horrible experience from this bunch and I would strongly advise avoid at all costs.
I ordered 5 smash burgers with fries on 29/11/2025 at approximately 18:40 as half my family wanted to have burgers and half decided that they want pizza's so I ordered pizza's from raja's in ravy at approximately 18:50 the gentleman that I spoke with at the burger joint said that due to the high volume of orders they have there will be half hour wait which is completely understandable. I called them back at approximately 19:15 and asked when my order will be ready the gentleman replied back to me that due to the high volume orders there will be 20 or 25 minute wait I explained that I already ordered over half hour ago he said he is extremely sorry but his timing was slightly out and unfortunately there will be an extra 20 to 25 minutes I even explained to him that I have ordered some pizzas from elsewhere and now those pizzas are going to get cold he said he is sorry there is nothing he can do so I waited an additional 25 minutes bearing in mind all this time my engine is running and I am waiting in my car outside the foodchain I also called the pizza place and shared my experience with them they said that my pizza's were Ready at 19:15 but they have preserved them well under the food heater and will wait for me to pick them up after 25 minutes I called them again at approximately 19:40 and spoke to the same gentleman he said that he is sorry but due to the high volume of orders they receive there will be an additional approximately 15 or 20 minute wait I said to him hold on mate I ordered at 18:40 and I am not a new customer your having a laugh your joking or are you just taking the biscuit he said he is unfortunately helpless but there is nothing he can do to speeden the process I could do nothing but wait I called him back at approximately 19:55 and he said my order is almost ready just preparing the last smash burger and it will be with me in 5 minutes I waited till 20:00 then I was so so angry I drove off I collected my pizza's and drove home, an absolutely vile nasty and untruthful place and people so please avoid at all costs and you won't be regretful this place ruined my night.

If I could give this vanilla ice cream a thousand stars, I would. Its everything vanilla should berich, creamy, and full of flavor, but not too overpowering. The texture is velvety, almost like a cloud on your tongue. What I love most is how it tastes like pure vanilla bean, rather than artificial vanilla. It's indulgent, yet not overwhelming. I find myself savoring every spoonful, taking my time to appreciate the smooth, buttery finish. It's the perfect balance of creamy and sweet. I cant recommend it enough. You truly cant go wrong with this vanilla ice cream.

I attempt to engage an economical food shopping system, that Foodbox is a part of. I like purchasing from FoodBox as I can use Afterpay. The meat in my experience has been outstanding. Whilst I have had issues with fruit and vege being poorly. I do receive a refund on those items. The packaging is sustainable. And I do continue to build my trust with this brand. I'd like to continue using Foodbox as a part of my economical food shopping system. And to support local Aotearoa NZ companies.

I decided to give this company a chance even after reading the mixed reviews. Honestly if there was an option for zero star I would have selected that.
I don’t usually give reviews but I had to as this company sadly does not meet trading standards :(
I ordered a weekly subscription box as a present for my brother who lives in Auckland.
The first box (for which I paid for $96.49 by the time the delivery and few extras were added), was disappointing already with old fruit and wilted vegetables. But we decided to give them another opportunity and not cancel.
The second and third week the fruit and veg box was ok, not perfect or exciting by all means but just on the edge of acceptable.
The fourth box was again disappointing as number of its grits and veg were old and rotten.
We wrote an email to the complains department with images of the said fruit and veg, asking for replacement or a refund. It has been four days since and we have had no reply.
Really dissatisfied with this company and would certainly not recommend it.
I have now cancelled my weekly subscription with this company.

ordered a fruit&vege box most of what was in it was off an had to be thrown away which was hard as i hate waste if there was some kind of chill pack to keep things a tad fresher they may have been saved

Had a delivery in December most meat was off chicken was yuck veggies where ok milk tasered weird I got credit back on my account but still paying for the after pay wasn't very happy

Choose a restaurant, add food to your basket, enter your address, pay by cash or card, and just wait for the delivery guy to ring your doorbell! ;-)
