Placed my order and was charged. The restaurant waited 12 minutes and then cancelled the order before it was confirmed.

Foodhub customer service were more interested in making sure I understand the law about refunds. I don't care, I'm hungry, disabled, and I don't have enough money to re-order as was so helpfully repeated at me as how to fix the situation.

I asked they apply a credit to my account so I could re order this was refused and then it was suggested again that I use the app to reorder.

Shockingly bad customer service, and a seriously shoddy company that cannot be trusted. If like me you are on benefits and only have enough left for the takeaway DON'T order from the idiots you could easily end up hungry like me. There are other more established options I will be sticking with when I Just want to Eat from now on. Thanks so much for messing up my Saturday night at home.

Worst system, running old deals and denying giving order discounts. Absolute scammers. And their customer service is run by a bunch thieves.

Dont go near this company. The sales team will never advise you correctly and will try to sell their software. After onboarding they will ghost you and there will be no support. Further, they use a 3rd party banking company as payment gateway which is bit unusual as never had such issues with uber, deliveroo. Further, there is hardly any customer base on their portal, so better staying with uber, deliveroo and just eat. If you want your own website Uber eats is a good option as they do provide your customised website now. POS wise there are other better companies like Flipdish, Toast, EPOS.

So stay away as there is literally no customer service or accounts manager that will assist you.

Ordered food for collection but on arrival i found out that they had a power cut and couldn’t make my food so asked me to get a refund but when i contacted customer service and they attempted to call takeaway and owner many times but they didn’t answer at this point i should have refunded but they refused to refund as they need a approval from them

Absolutely brilliant food always from Great Chicken and Pizza house in Gt Clacton shop has been there since I was still a child of 12 and still best quality pizza always delivered hot and delicious 😋

Really easy to order and the whole process was quick and painless!

Horrible company to deal with when there is some issue. I placed an order and contacted them when it didn’t arrive after more than hour. They made me wait another hour to tell it will be delivered. Food arrived from Dixy Chicken completely uncooked and with red blood in Peri Peri chickens and wings. I complained them and they didn’t help me and kept asking which food was uncooked. Completely put off by the Foodhub and Dixy chicken. Kids slept hungry and got put off by chicken perhaps for life.
Avoid Foodhub and Dixy at all cost.

Easy & pleasant to order through. I no longer use the likes of Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber for multiple reasons. This is my go to for ordering take away :)
