Foodpanda Bangladesh is a fraud company. They deducted online payments for two of my orders. They issued a refund for one order but informed me that I will not get the other, even though both orders are shown as delivery completed!

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Burg through the foodpanda app. The restaurant is very close to my house, and the delivery should have taken 15 to 20 minutes at most. However, instead of coming to my location, the foodpanda rider went in the completely opposite direction to deliver other orders first.When I asked the rider about this, he mentioned that the foodpanda system directed him to finish those distant deliveries before mine. Because of this terrible logistics and routing system, the pizza arrived almost 2 hours late.A hot item like pizza becomes completely cold, soggy, and inedible after 2 hours. My child waited for a very long time for this food and eventually fell asleep without eating. This has caused us immense harassment. Both foodpanda and Pizza Burg need to address this, as providing this kind of service is completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund for this ruined order

The worse place anyone can order from. I ordered from a place named Pizza Burg - Chittagong but they delivered the food very late and it was extremely cold. I complained and wanted a refund but instead they kept stated about feedback and cancelled the chat without listening to the customer. Very disappointed with the customer service and crap service. They don’t care.

Foodpanda BD is a scammer. I recently ordered what was supposed to be a complete meal, but the experience turned out to be a disaster. The restaurant accepted my order without issue, yet I soon received a partial refund notice without any explanation. Shortly after, I was contacted by the delivery person who informed me that a key component of the meal was missing. Without that essential part, the meal was incomplete and unappetizing.

What’s even more frustrating is that there’s no way for customers to directly reach out to support via the app. I was only contacted by customer support after their rider reported the issue. When they called, they informed me that canceling the order would forfeit any refund, leaving me paying for a meal I never received in full.

It’s utterly unacceptable that Foodpanda BD processes orders that they can’t fulfill, leaving customers with no recourse. I strongly advise potential customers to be extremely cautious when ordering from them.

Terrible delivery experiences always occur on this app. Missing food items, sudden cancellation of orders on their end without any explanations whatsoever, and vouchers can mysteriously disappear in the midst of payment. Personnel on the app also couldn't be bothered to improve their services, showcasing poor attitude and professionalism from time to time. I rarely have problems with other delivery apps, not sure why this one foodpanda is always messing things up. My resting 1/10.

Pandago rider stole 5k BDT worth of product. Their customer is so disgusting for them to say they cannot do anything about it. + Customer support feels like more like automated bots rather than human.

I placed an order while fasting keeping in mind that still an hour to go and food will be delivered by this time. After 30 minutes rider asked me about the exact address and informed that it will take more than 1 and half hour as the restaurant is out of stock.

Not for the first time. They have worst customer support policy. They don't bother to solve any issues proactively. You have to push them thousand times. I have not got a refund for stock out items of an order even after one month. I'm still knocking them on chat but no potential solutions. I would rather say they stole my BDT255 for Order #Order #u5cn-36pt

I don't know about their customer service but as a merchant, their services are worst.
