Great food, amazing hospitality, and everything in between.
The one-star deduction isn’t because one of the two food trucks arrived slightly late, but because communication with the administrative office was very difficult, especially as the event date approached.

The event went great, the workers kept coming to order food, everyone was so friendly and they liked our food

We were able to work with the location to optimize our service and we served everyone with time to spare! Loved the collaboration.

Booking the truck was easy but I tried calling and texting customer service when I had an issue and never heard a response back. It doesn't show their available hours, so I'm not sure if they're closed on weekends. I would like to have a point of contact for emergencies, especially since I have 2 more booked this weekend and I'm worried about any complications and not having customer service available. I also contacted the truck directly and they didn't respond for a while and after multiple attempts, and they were late.

Being booked for this event was a very smooth process. I appreciate the communication leading up to the event.

She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire planning process easy and enjoyable. We recently partnered with Food Truck Club for a large Employee Appreciation Day event serving hundreds of employees, and the experience was fantastic. Cody and Josie were wonderful to work with from start to finish—responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in helping make our event a success.
The food trucks were a huge hit with our employees and offered a great variety of options, including burgers, pizza, shave ice, and comfort food favorites. The event created a lot of excitement, and our employees loved having so many great choices available.
What stood out most was the level of customer service and partnership. Coordinating multiple food trucks for a large corporate event can be challenging, but Cody and Josie were communicative, easy to work with, and available throughout the planning process to help ensure everything came together.
The positive feedback we received from employees speaks for itself. From the crowd-favorite burgers to the refreshing shave ice, the food trucks helped make our Employee Appreciation Day both memorable and fun.
