I have been a subscriber to a number of MF's services over the years. Not all have suited me, but there was nothing wrong with what was provided. I have never had an issue with subscribing or cancelling a service. Responses from the client service team have always been very prompt.

I had a query in relation to purchasing ETF's, the response was prompt and concise.

I made an enquiry about my subscription,and had the information in my Gmail account within a couple of hours.
Appreciated their prompt and courteous service

Prompt and timely support acknowledging I did not want to renew my subscription which is not a reflection on MotleyFool in any way. They have provided excellent advice during the two years I was a member but I feel now that I can manage myself.

I have been a follower/subscriber for more than a decade and rarely - very rarely - have to contact the Fool.
But when I do ... wow - they get back to me quickly, answer my questions clearly, solve probs/issues promptly!

I have subscriptions in both Share Advisor and Dividend Investor and over the years have found their share recommendations highly useful, which in the long run I have made money on. I highly recommend them if you want to invest in shares.

My request was resolved in less that 30 minutes since I emailed customer service. I like The Motley Fool and the ethics and professionalism they have at all levels of their business.

Once I subscribed and reviewed the service, I realised it wasn't what I was looking for (no fault of the provider).
I requested a refund under the 30-day refund guarantee, which was promptly done, without hassle.

I found Motley Fool to be an extremely valuable investing tool. Their advice was excellent but I especially appreciate their integrity and philosophy which made me feel really comfortable being involved with them. Communication was also great.

I wanted to reduce my subscription but keep my original subscription they sent me a confusing reply with a link that doesn't work

I took a subscription with Motley Fool a year ago and enjoyed the regular flow of advice and investing opportunities which were exceptional. However, I was also contributing to another service and needed to rationalise my spending on investment information. Having missed the subscription renewal notice Motley Fool very kindly refunded the automatic payment for which I am very grateful. When I reasess mysituation Motley Fool remains very high on my list for their quality information and service.
