ZERO stars in reality - MINUS FIVE IN FACT.

They took two months then sent the wrong item. The quality of the £75 item was extremely disappointing. I returned it one day later, tracked and confirmed by Royal Mail. No contact or confirmation from Footy.com. I have since emailed around 6 times so far, each time receiving vague replies, for example "this should be sorted" but they have never actually confirmed that they have traced the transactions and processed my refund. Edit: I have submitted the proof of return tracked delivery and receipt by Footy.com to Klarma and they are going to attempt to get Footy.com to confirm return and refund.

This company took my money and I have not received my goods.
Asked for a refund and guess what - no response to repeated emails requesting my goods or my money back .No communication whatsoever.
Complete scammers.
Steer well clear of these imposters.

Hi ordered a kit for my sons first birthday. They took my money however my order got cancelled, it’s been well over a month and I haven’t received a refund. This company lacks basic customer service. Don’t bother ordering from these guys

I ordered 4 football kits over a month ago and have not heard anything at all. Cant track it. Cant contact anyone. Probably cant get my money back. Wish i had checked the reviews before buying.

Order a nz warriors shirt but didn’t arrive. Can’t track orders as their site doesn’t register. Rubbish customer service.

Looking for refund but I’m not holding my breath. Will pursue through other channels.

Footy.com have not fulfilled my order. I contacted them three times before they contacted the courier, nearly a month after my order. They are refusing to give me a refund.

My daughter placed an order before xmas as a surprise gift. She was supposed to receive a mystery Liverpool and Chelsea top for her and her boyfriend. This did not arrive. After chasing multiple times, she receuved 2 random tops, not in a gift box as described but also random team shirts. We paid to return these. Since beginning of January I have spent time trying to get a refund. Conflicting emails saying the refund has been done then asking what did she order as cant find order. I am now on email 38!!! No response for 3 days. All I want is my refund of £40 its not that difficult!

Ordered a shirt from here and it was covered in dust and maggots would not recommend

OMG just saved saved £60 on some elite tiempos what a steal honestly can’t believe it, would recommend footy.com to anyone out there who loves there bargains

Great website, really handy. Was looking for some kids trainers - saved 30% and didn't have to spend hours trawling loads of different websites to try and find what I wanted which was a plus. Will be using again.

Like the idea but the execution is awful. The pages were freezing. When I selected the trainer's I wanted the cheapest option was Always out of stock, felt like I was being clickbaited :/
