From first point of contact, the service was excellent. FCD guide you through the process and offers available without the usual pushy car sales tactics! The communications were timely and detailed. The sales advisor and delivery coordinator provided great service. I would thoroughly recommend if looking for a new vehicle and you are a diplomat or service personnel.

I have just purchased my third vehicle from FCD and would not go anywhere else when buying a new car. From making the initial enquiry with Lewis, through to final delivery with Amy, the communication and level of knowledge by the team is exceptional. In realistic terms I believe I have saved around £18k on my three cars, when compared to the Main Dealer prices. The whole buying process is easy to understand and the customer support should you have any questions is readily available. Something worthy of note is that you have the option to collect your new vehicle from the Main Dealership. It comes with the full warranty etc as though you had purchased it direct from the Dealership, but without the increased costs of doing so. I highly recommend FCD, however, if you are still not sure give them a call, I’m certain they will happily talk you through the process to help you decide.

I found from my initial enquiry to eventually placing an order very easy. Excellent service from Stephen, who helped explain the process, including my options in selling or part Ex my existing car. I never felt pressurised at any time, which I have experienced with car salesman in the past. Great discounted price and even arranged for me to pick the new car up at my local dealership.
