After spending about an hour, I was able to confirm that the properties of interest were OLD foreclosure listings. None of the properties I researched were active foreclosures, were not listed with an agent, nor had they been listed for sale anywhere else.

Total scam of a site. Listings are outdated by years, not accurate and the fee is nothing but a scam. Try to contact a realtor and nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHIT SHOW...

DO NOT PAY FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE. Over 95% of the houses listed on their website are no longer in foreclosure. The fee to join was a total waste and non-refundable.

I paid for a trial subscription and it was a complete waste. I sent about 25 inquiries for different properties listed as active in Harford Co, and not one was available or a current listing. If you look up the addresses on Zillow they were all properties that were sold between 2019 and 2022.

False advertising. They should be fined by the property authorities. While viewing information on my property which is under contract, we came upon this site showing that our house was in FORECLOSURE. IT IS NOT! IN Fact, our house was sold and is under contract. This is TERRIBLE! They should be held accountable and shutdown. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would.

Signed up and responded to over 3 dozen listings only to find out that none were available and even after determining that the houses were not available the company did not remove them from their website. Also was promised brokers would call, but no call came. Definitely a scam. Don’t waste your money.

They have inaccurately listed our home as "pre-foreclosure" which is absolutely not the case. This is causing folks to reach out to us and spam us. They want personal information to have the listing removed. Certainly seems like a scam to us.

I called them 6 months ago to cancel my subscription and 6 months later they were still charging my bank and I didn’t know, or they waited and came back and started charging again! I have to research what happened but it wasn’t until I filed a claim with my bank that they were fraudulently charging my card after I told them to cancel my subscription months ago, that I got an email saying my subscription ended. Shame on your company!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, YOU WILL REGRETED!! There information is completely wrong, most of the houses are not in the market and contact phone numbers are wrong, SCAM SCAM SCAM Alert!!
