Lee was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The information and advice he gave was clear which helped to make an informed decision to open an isa.

Meeting the advisor face to face in person and not via a video conference on Teams. We were attracted to Foresters as it purported to be a fraternal organisation involving a community. We do not get this feeling from them using Teams video meetings. Nor from the reaction we have had from the London HQ - impersonal and self important . We only continue to invest due to service received from the advisor who visits us

The financial advisor I spoke to was very patient and open to me and what I might be interested in. There was no pressure - he was very happy to explain all the benefits available to Foresters' client - whether or not I might be interested in taking up those possibilities. We had a very relaxed and friendly conversation.

Lee’s communication prior to our Teams meeting was excellent. He went through the key points of the meeting in detail, frequently asking if we had any questions. Lee offered advice and talked us through the options available to us. Highly recommended.

I can schedule a review with a financial advisor any time at no cost, either video call or in person, they always have useful information to share and I've always felt they give impartial advice, not just about their products. Recently setup Lifetime ISAs for my children.

Cheryl was fantastic at explaining my options, I completely understood everything which when it comes to finance can be tough. She gave me some great recommendations. Overall I was very happy with the service.

This life insurance co.pany is a scam. I am 100% disabled veteran whom never applied for their life insurance and received no documents let an agent give my baking information and stole over 400 dollars from me. I had to go to my bank and block this company from stealing more money from me
