We couldn't be happier with our experience at Forest Village Kindergarten!! From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and professional.

From the beginning, we have felt incredibly supported by the management team. When our son couldn't attend at first due to personal reasons, they were understanding, patient, and flexible. Over the years, they have also been extremely helpful with paperwork and communication.

One of the things we love most is that the children spend time outdoors every single day, regardless of the weather. The nursery has a beautiful private garden, which is such a rare and special feature, it gives the children a safe and stimulating space to explore nature, play and be active.

I am deeply disappointed with the care provided at Forest Village Day Care Nursery in Morden. As a concerned parent, I believe it is my responsibility to share my experience to help other parents make an informed decision.

**Safety Concerns: ** One of the most alarming issues I observed was that children were often left unattended in the outdoor garden area. This lack of supervision is extremely concerning and poses significant safety risks to all children.

**Poor Hygiene and Food Arrangements: ** The nursery falls short when it comes to food arrangements and hygiene facilities. I noticed that food was handled without proper sanitary procedures being followed, which not only risks the health and well-being of the children but also reflects poorly on the overall standards maintained by this facility.

**Communication Barriers: ** Another critical issue is that some staff members are unable to communicate effectively in English. Effective communication is crucial for ensuring a safe environment for all children, as well as for understanding instructions and addressing any immediate concerns from parents.

**Emotional Distress: ** Since attending this nursery, my son has started crying at night, which he never did before. His confidence level has also significantly decreased after just two days at Forest Village Day Care Nursery - Morden Branch.

Despite reporting these concerns directly to the nursery manager, we found her response disappointing as she seemed reluctant to accept any responsibility or take appropriate action towards resolving these issues promptly.

In conclusion, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Forest Village Day Care Nursery - Morden Branch until they address these significant concerns:
1) Ensure continuous direct adult supervision within designated play areas.
2) Improve hygiene standards particularly around meal preparation/distribution.
3) Implement mandatory basic English proficiency criteria across staffing levels for better interaction/understanding between caregivers &amp, wards alike.
4) Conduct a thorough review meeting involving concerned parties outlining steps taken retrospectively addressing grievances mentioned above alongside preventive strategies adopted henceforth assuring parents about quality improvement initiatives undertaken post-evaluations made therein fundamentally driving customer satisfaction metrics aligned strategically prioritizing user-centric value propositions consistently delivered exceeding expectations persistently benchmarked against industry-wide best practices evolving dynamically adaptive responsive progressive trajectories sustainably scalable operational models empowering stakeholders collaboratively co-creating transformative experiences enriching lives meaningfully elevating societal paradigms collectively envisioned proactively pursued passionately achieved together progressively shaping brighter tomorrows today!

From the moment we met Aisha and her team we felt sure that our child was in safe, gentle and caring hands. Forest Village Kindergarten has been a really amazing place for our child to learn, explore and grow, anchored in nature and practices that nurture each individual as special and unique. The deep experience of Aisha and her team and their genuine passion for the development of each child has meant we feel we have a great source of support whatever stage of development our child has been going through.

The theoretical approaches used are applied right though how the nursery operates and it also has a beautiful space where our child feels really at home.
