I was sent the wrong item and then had to ship it back. Customer service takes forever to respond and they're rude. I'm still waiting to hear back about having the correct item sent to me. Huge inconvenience.

Low Prices and Lackluster Service
I’ve shopped here multiple times before and received legit fragrances for good prices. My most recent order had a bottle broken (by the shipper) which was refunded and a fragrance missing (which was not refunded). Customer service would not work with me regarding the missing fragrance and rarely responded to my repeated messages. Their response of “well we packed the order correctly” leaves much to be desired when that is in fact not the case. They never gave me the chance to prove it either, which is disappointing. I’ve enjoyed shopping with ForeverLux in the past, but this is quite bitter, even for my longsuffering palate. 2 stars.

I was ordering 9 colognes
I was ordering 9 colognes, and the website was having me pay for the items separately. I don't have the time to have to go back in later to see why it's doing this. If it's coming from different Vendors, then ForeverLux can have the products sent to them and then ship to me at free shipping.
