A good product.. as mentioned, is good at moisturizing the skin and the scent stays throughout the day. Is a bit expensive to be honest for the size sold and the scent can worked on to be stronger.

Beware! This is a big scam. The cream smells terrible and their 30 day money back guarantee forces you to mail it back and pay for the mail in return. From NY to Canada it would have cost $40. Don’t fall for it. All these positive reviews must be fake!!!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Products are just body lotion they hardly have a scent. They post fake reviews on this site to try and build up there legitimacy. They won’t refund you the products if you’re not happy with them and make you send them back at your own cost. They won’t allow you to cancel your subscription, even though it says cancell anytime at anytime. This company is a joke.

I got my crimson 540 and like the other…
I got my crimson 540 and like the other reviews I believe they forgot to add scent. So I got body butter and that's it. My delivery was delayed, they said out of stock. It came 2 weeks later and no scent. I believe there is an issue with production

Running a small business in today's environment can be tough. That said. I received my products in a week, here in Canada. Well done. The packaging was spot on. The creams are nice. Took 5 weeks for product to be delivered with endless excuses for order status
Took 5 weeks for product to be delivered. Every excuse in the book for current status of order. It took me bugging them to get an update. Never initiated on their end.
Promised a free gift for all my troubles and nothing but my original order was delivered.
Once product received - scent only lasted 2 hours.
Don't bother giving them a try and save yourself time, money and endless excuses.

Took forever to receive the order
Took forever to receive the order. When I got the order, only 1 of the 3 scents I got smelled half decent.
The customer service was very responsive when I emailed them about not ever receiving any shipping information which is why I gave them 2 stars.
Too expensive for what it is.

Absolutely no scent. I purchased 2 of the 5.29 oz Crimson 540. The company told me my batch was sold out and that my order would be in the following months supply. I finally received the order and to my surprise, the cream had no scent AT ALL! Never again. I highly recommend canceling any and all future orders. Placed an order for the Penrose Skin today. I should’ve stuck with them in the first place. They also promised a complimentary scent for waiting. Never showed up with the order and I couldn’t care less.

Other than having to wait a month bc if some reason unknown.... maybe they were out of stock but it was explained it would be late upon checking they're app and all so other than that I'm very pleased with the product. Smells nice and I out it to the yet the moment I got it... wore it at work for the 1st time and had put it on early this morning b4 leaving and still smell good after an 11hr day 🙃.

I ordered on April 26 2026. Still haven’t received order. Tracking shows nothing. Customer service is the worst. They don’t respond. I got one response saying it shipped on April 27. Tracking shows nothing. They took my money. So what’s funny is I got my order today after a month of placing it but they promised me a 4th mystery jar free for the delay. The 3 that I ordered weren’t the fragrances I ordered and there was no 4th jar free.
