They do not accept retours for the igienic reasons. My example : a pair of headphones, over ear (not in ear.. which i understand), with microphone. Product was only opened, checked the quality, not used, with all accesorries sealed even the microphone. Stay away from ForIt !!! Avoid !

Foarte prost, mi-am comandat un mouse wireless, se vedea clar ca nu este nou si nu merge cum trebuie, avea foarte mare lag, intreruperi si fata de produsul normal care avea doar review uri bune, pe acest site a fost praf. Cand am vrut sa dau retur, pe langa ca am platit transportul care este normal, a trebuit sa vorbesc eu cateva ore ca sa poata trimite ei un curier sa-mi preia coletul de acasa pana la sediulor lor ( tot eu am platit si returul )...

Nu pot recomanda magazinul online ForIt. Experiența mea cu acest magazin a fost una dezgustatoare, deoarece am observat un stil de comunicare pur mercantil, lipsit de atenție și de interes real față de nevoile clienților. Serviciul lor pare să fie concentrat doar pe vânzare, fără a oferi suport sau soluții personalizate, iar această abordare arată o lipsă de profesionalism și respect față de cumpărători. Pentru cei care își doresc o experiență de cumpărături plăcută și o relație de încredere cu furnizorii, NU recomand ForIt, deoarece pare să ignore importanța calității serviciului și a satisfacției clientului.

I don't recommend this company to my enemies either. They take money in advance and then pretend to forget that they have to meet a delivery deadline. You don't really exist in front of them as a customer. You're someone who donates money to them for their well-being and that's it. You may insist and insist call them and receive the products you deserve. If you did buy something from them, there's a big big problem with service/warranty because you might lose that product. After the product was in service for 19 days, upon my insistence by phone, they dryly informed me by message that it would take another week to receive a new product to replace the defective one and only after that do they even think about when they will send the product to me. Service number displayed on the website that doesn't work. If you need information, you rely on instinct. I was surprised by the prices being a few lei lower than other sites/online stores, but in the future I'll be more careful and will gladly buy from the competition.

Cea mai proasta experienta cu acest magazin. Niste neseriosi de zile mari si fac public acest aspect doar pentru a scapa oamenii de viitoare neplaceri daca cumpara de la ei. Cand au banii in cont uita de tine fie ca esti PF sau PJ. Am vorbit cu ei la telefon, le-am trimis dovada platii dar nu au trimis produsul la timp. Se pricep foarte bine sa-si ceara scuze de parca asta ar rezolva faptul ca sunt neseriosi. NU RECOMAND.

La numarul de telefon de pe site nu raspunde nimeni. Dupa lungi cautari pe google si facebook am gasit un numar de mobil unde mi s-a raspuns, iar operatorul a invocat faptul ca numarul de site suna intruna. Daca telefonul pentru retur si service le suna intruna , concluzia o trageti voi!

Am comandat și platit online comanda acum 2 saptamani și jumătate. Comanda nu a ajuns pe motiv că o componentă se afla la furnizor in stoc și o să ajungă la ei in stoc in 2 zile. Sunt 2 săptămâni și jumătate în care For IT minte de fiecare data că peste 2 zile ajunge componenta lipsa din comanda și o să-mi livreze comanda completă.

Horrible excuse everytime - the parcel was lost by the courier. They just put the products on their site cheaper than others, than raise the price while not delivering the parcel. Just bullsh*t. Don't ever buy from them. Also it was me who asked them about the package, they probably wouldn't have told me anything expecting me to forget I ever placed that order.

ORDER CHANGE DENIED
I ordered an Intel NUC without a HDD slot by mistake and I asked them to change it with the right version by email. After 2 days of waiting for someone to answer an email and one hour on the phone, I was denied the return because I ordered on a company account.
I will never order from them again and, my opinion is that nobody should.

Ordered a pair of headphone, it said 1-2 days delivery.
After placed my order and waited a few days, the website changed to 7 days delivery,.
After 2 weeks and a half, my order still hasn't arrived and I get a e-mail that the package was "lost" by the shipping company although I didn't even receive an AWB. I wouldn't have been upset if they would communicate to me in 1-2 days that they can't fulfill the order, but not after 2 weeks....

Neserioși! Cel puțin staff-ul tehnic și managementul. Nu am avut cu cine să mai discut pentru că nu mai raspunde nimeni la telefon după ce serviciile au fost prestate. Au trecut deja 3 luni.
PS. Un contract avizat de un jurist nu este o pierdere de timp si bani.

Horrendous experience. I ordered a pack of Corsair vents that clearly showed 2 day delivery. After placing my order, almost a week went by without even a simple email assuring me that they still intend to deliver the product. I have cancelled the order but I really need those vents for my work and this kind of crap delayed my whole project.
First and last time I order from them.

Experienta mea cu forit.ro a fost una placuta, am comandat un set de cartuse pentru o imprimanta Cannon si am ales sa le ridic de la sediu. Cand am ajuns, nu erau acolo, aparent din cauza unei greseli logistice. Cartusele mi-au fost livrate doua zile mai tarziu la birou, fara costuri de transport. Intrucat nu ma grabeam, am fost de acord cu varianta.
