Best customer service I've seen in a long time

I’ve been using Form Nutrition vegan protein powders for a few years now and highly recommend them and the company.
The flavours are great, never a problem with
delivery and the few times I did contact them with questions or to amend my subscription, their customer service is first class.

Efficient, expedient and communicative process - that is Form Nutrition company. Order and arrival process is seemless. The product is also tasty, if one can say that about a powder, and since it is vegan, there is no bloating or aftertaste that happens with some whey products.

First of all I just love their superblend and protein shake. I am a woman in my mid 60's working hard to find good nutrition that suit my body. I don't take it daily but works very well with strength training and yoga . Along with my other favourite food. Finding that balance in my life is precious. Do try their Form protein powder. Recommended

Wanted to love the product due to its eco credentials.

Was impressed with its B corp status, compostable protein powder packaging (although company admitted hard to say if will compost at home as was tested in an industrial compost facility), recyclable paper and card postage packaging.

Loved the taste - was a treat rather than a punishment, like most protein powders that make you want to be sick. Was like a cold hot chocolate or cold chocolate milkshake as quite sweet (it was mild tasting in chocolate) so I added more coco to reduce the sweetness and make more chocolatey.

Sadly this product didn’t sit well with my body and caused me to be unwell for a number of days after taking less than the recommended dose for a couple of days - upon researching further it could have been a sensitivity to the sugar replacement or high protein content in this powder. Other people may be absolutely fine.

The Form customer service was great and they answered most of my questions on the eco friendliness of the product when I enquired (just unhappy with the lack of clarification around what the ‘natural flavourings’ ingredients includes as this is a term that can mean up to 100s of ingredients not being declared which I do not agree with transparency wise).

Most importantly they refunded me in full without a return required. This is the perfect outcome for me as a customer as it avoids unnecessarily sending the product back which can’t be sold again and avoids extra emissions from transport. I have gifted the rest of the protein powder to a friend so no wastage.

2 stars deducted for likely not being able to compost at home (and not tested for this when consumers will want to do this), the fact it made me very ill for days (and needing to take time off work), and the lack of transparency on what ingredients are under the ‘natural flavourings’ of this product. The remaining 3 stars are for the eco credentials it does have ie b corp status, nice taste of the product (albeit a bit sweet), recyclable postage packaging and helpful customer service.

Had an issue with a discount code, complained and got an even bigger discount. The whole ordering process was snappy and fast and they listen to the customer.

I previously used Performance Protein about a year ago. I then decided to try different brands on the market as more companies were starting to supply vegan powder however, I have now returned to FORM as they really are just the best most transparent in the market. Also, asked a question on a Saturday evening from their customer service and received an answer Sunday morning… tell me another company that does that? Quality products by a quality company.

This brand is a true definition of nutrition. Looking out for consumer health and welfare that we all crave and seek. It is heavy metal tested, flavour profile is uniquely delicious unlike other brands for vegan protein especially (it's been a journey in finding the ideal profile for a clean, high standard, high quality product and not compromising on flavour which is also affordable). I have been freaked by the alarming amounts of heavy metals in most vegan protein brands that they get away with and feel perfectly at ease knowing that Form Nutrition gets it. The heavy metal certifications are available to download monthly, the pea protein itself is organic, subscriptions are easily managed, customer service is on point and are very, very quick to respond and adhere to anything you ask (I'm talking within the hour most times). Clean products, a clear passion and belief in their own products which all made me gravitate towards this brand. To be honest I have also looked around whilst sticking to this subscription and even today I cannot find anything that compares. A truly genuine and wholesome brand that gives back and makes me feel respected that the well earned money that I spend goes into a brand that oozes, luxury, passion for their values and vision of putting human health before everything else rather than trying to "push for the buck". Without good health we have nothing and I truly feel that Form Nutrition is a brand that I can trust in this honest review. I hope this helps anyone looking to live better than they are today.

Gutted. I heard good things about this product but the taste and particularly the after taste is really unpleasant. Makes me feel sick. Also not east to mix it's very thick.

The product speak for itself and the customer service is amazing. Can only recommend the brand.

I do not understand the rave reviews at all. This protein is SO fake tasting and sickly sweet - I cannot stomach it at all. Honestly the WORST protein I've ever tasted. Amazing marketing - I feel like I've been tricked! AVOID!!

I have been using form protein vegan powders for a few years now. I like the taste and I especially like the good ingredients. Love the banoffee flavour. Recently form protein helped to ship banoffee flavour to the USA. I will definitely use form protein powder as my main vegan protein powder.

Not only is the protein the best I have had but the customer service is excellent. When you contact the company you receive a reply from a real person who will deal with your issue professionally. Highly recommend the protein and the company as a whole.

Product is great - it's the only protein powder that doesn't upset my stomach, and also isn't full of fillers. Customer service is brilliant - really quick, friendly and still has that small business ethos even though it's no longer "small"!!!

I love this brand. I love their customer. service. I love what they have achieved with their product. This is why I’ve been using Form for 8 years.
