This was my third trip with Formula Escapes, this time to the Barcelona Grand Prix. Once again, the team’s arrangements were flawless, ensuring a warm welcome for everyone. Airport and GP transfers were seamless, making the experience stress-free. This year, we had VIP access at the Garden Village, which was truly incredible, especially with the track owners upgrading the venue—an unforgettable enhancement! Five fantastic days away, and I’m already counting down to next year!

Just home from the Spanish Grand Prix and once again it was another incredible experience with Formula Escapes. This was our second trip with Formula Escapes (with another 2 races booked already) and they made the trip so easy and stress free! Which made for a great experience and an even better birthday weekend for myself. Nik, Rachel and Chris were absolutely fantastic all weekend and we cannot thank them enough for the best trip

From the time of booking where our requested requirements were catered for to our return, the company kept us well informed and the app provided was an added bonus. The two reps (Nick & Dan) were outstanding throughout and a credit to the company, keeping us all updated and informing us of changes immediately, which made the F1 experience more enjoyable and our visit to Bologna and Imola that much better. They were always pleasant and approachable and made the party feel welcome. We are travelling with you again to Budapest and look forward to the same high standards set by both Nick & Dan.

Great experience led by Nick and Sam, highly recommended. This product takes the stress out of a diy break which is well worth it. Accommodation 4* great very easy. Flights were a bit too early in the morning for me but that’s Ryanair and tired coach at the airport wasn’t brill but no fault of FE. Ready to book Monza next year.

Imola 2025
Just returned from my 4th trip with Formula Escapes. Brilliant experience again. All meticulously planned and to time. Cannot fault the organisation, commitment and friendliness of the team. 5th trip already booked.

We have just returned from Imola and would like to say thank you again for a great time. Both Sam and Nic are very good hosts and made us feel very comfortable, both making sure the customer was there no1 priority. We will definitely book again next year probably Hungary this time.

Excellent trip to Suzuka. This was an F1 experience with a 14 dray tour of Japan. Very well organised and economically priced. Operators had lots of useful information and were very warm and friendly. All details were attended to. They clearly know their F1 very well. Would highly recommend.

Just returned from Bahrain our first overseas trip to a GP. The whole family had an amazing time. Our entire trip was extremely well organised from beginning to end. Thank you Chris, Rachel and Dan for making everything run so well in Bahrain. Thanks also to Neil for all his help and advice when booking. We will definitely be booking another trip with Formula Escapes.

First overseas trip to a grand prix with Formula Escapes. Excellent organisation throughout the trip. They make attending a grand prix easy and stress free. The circuit facilities were good and the turn one seats were excellent – some great action throughout the weekend from F1, F2 and F3. Very likely to use Formula Escapes again and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic team at Formula Escapes. Just got back from Bahrain F1. Neil arranged everything regarding the booking and grandstand seats to all the transfers that you need so you don't have to sort anything. Dan, Rachel and Chris are around at all times with you in situ to help with any queries or questions you have any. Will definitely book with these guys again. Superb service by all. Bahrain,
From start to finish we were looked after, On arrival at the airport we were greeted by Dan, he makes everyone feel so welcome. Met at the hotel by Chris and Rachel, who can never do enough for you.
Transfers to and from the circuit everyday were seamless. Updated via a WhatsApp group, make things so easy. Our seats in the main straight grandstand were perfect along with a few cheeky Hospitality Upgrades in The Dome and Champs Club to top it off.
You guys are what make our trips the very best.
We are looking forward to Abu Dhabi in December and Spa in 2026 along with many many more.

Just returned home after the Bahrain 2025 GP, a fantastic service from start to finish. Neil first sorted my booking and Sam also dealt with queries for me along the way with the booking process. We were met at Bahrain airport by Dan, great transport services organised by Formula Escapes between the airport and to and from the track. Both Chris and Rachel were then available to meet everyone at the hotel. The trip was well organised, group WhatsApp with updates and friendly group competitions along the way. This is our third F1 trip but first with Formula Escapes and we would most definitely use them again. Thanks for making our Bahrain GP a great trip.

Just got back from our first GP with formula escapes. Spent the last 6 days in Bahrain. Everything was organised seamlessly. The guys are always there to help but are not pushy or in your faces with upselling like a lot of company’s are. The brilliant organisation took the stress out of everything. We had a fantastic time. We’ve just come back from the Bahrain GP with Formula Escapes and can’t for the team or the service. This was our first F1 race and couldn’t have picked a better package. We’ll definitely use Formula Escapes again for any future trips.

Can’t fault it hotel great location good not far to track all the organisers where great very helpful and friendly transfers to and from track overall a very good experience and will be looking at booking another soon

At first glance this company seems great, I was enquiring about a trip to Monza this year and was helped by Neil. Neil was quite helpful to start with until he refused to answer my queries about extending our stay despite offering to check out alternative options so I had to chase it up, not ideal but people are busy so I understand. When he got back to me we decided to proceed with the booking, upon hearing this I was sent an email the night of and then received 4 phone calls in the space of a minute the next day, 2 text messages telling me about Neil’s WhatsApp and an email asking me if I wanted to proceed. I told Neil I was at work and would respond later but apparently that’s not good enough and was sent more emails asking if I had filled out API forms. The API form access information isn’t overly clear and I was having a few problems, when I asked Neil for a bit of help I was sent a very sarcastic email telling me to forward said email not reply to it, I had been forwarding it but was made to feel stupid due to the weird way you access the form. I again proceeded nonetheless and was sent my provisional confirmation, the seats I had requested were not in the quote so perhaps if Neil had replied to my email the next morning it would’ve been done correctly and I wouldn’t have had to chase him up again. We ultimately decided not to use formula escapes as we were offered better repayment plans with someone else, I let Neil know and thanked him for all his help to which I received an email asking for a bit of feedback as to why. When give my reason for not going with this company I received a very rude and passive aggressive response, again with things highlighted and a sentence about prices being negotiable in all caps and bold letters. I never once stated that my refusal to use this company was due to price, I knew the price before I decided to go ahead. I don’t appreciate the rude response or the fact that the managing director was cc’d on the email when he previously hadn’t been. I was nothing but polite when dealing with Neil and formula escapes but the emails I received were unnecessarily rude and I will definitely not be using this company in future nor would I recommend it to anyone. Obviously Chris the managing director has no problem with his staff speaking to potential customers like this. I now know it says in a small notes box somewhere on the quote that repayment plans are negotiable but perhaps you’d get more customers making this clearer to people at the time of enquiry or booking. I’d also recommend spelling customers names correctly in the opening email, especially when it’s provided in their email address, it’s more professional. I wouldn’t recommend this company in future. The company also flagged my email about my experience with trustpilot so it would be removed, not being able to post negative reviews about my experience seems a bit odd.
