Following two door installation we have had endless issues with panels coming loose and the cheek of Gus (surveyor) tell me its a cheap door was un acceptable 4.5k is not cheap in fact your materials you used are CHEAP, aftercare does not exist with these guys I am still waiting on my fire rated certification and for you to come back to rectify faults. phone calls are avoided my next steps are the trade union.

Everyone avoid at all costs DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE COWBOYS!!!!!!!

Purchased a front door which was fitted after a number of stop/starts but eventually installed and looked good and secure. However, the paint on the outer panel started peeling. Tried a hundred times to get them to come and fix the issue but always too busy and would say they would be in touch as soon as possible. That never happened and eventually they stopped answering my calls. Went in person to their Wembley office but looked like there had not been anybody there for a very long time. Asked a few of the neighbouring businesses but nobody had seen any person entering the Fort Security office. Eventually gave up and did some DIY repairs that held off any further degradation but now, after just 3 years, the outer panel has started to come away from the door completely. This on a door costing over £3000. I will have to get a new door soon.
Nobody should go anywhere near these people. Terrible product, worse customer service.

I have just purchased a traditional black pannelled front door from Fort Security Doors in Wembley. The door has exceeded my expectactions and is much better than I thought it would be. The team are very professional and responsive. I dealt with Remis and Lenka who helped customise the door to my requirements. I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a solid secure door.
